911 Mechanical Heating-Cooling-Plumbing

All thought I was not in the home during the service my best friend was and she could not stop talking about how great Aric’s service was. I have use 911 for years and will continue to do so.

We had an ac unit installed and they performed service on the unit and replaced a fuse. They were quick, prompt and same day service. Not only did we have a great installation, on a total of 3 units, but the first time needing service they surpassed my expectations. Great follow up by the office staff as well. Justin and Jeremiah were very professional and courteous. Justin kept us informed on progress throughout the day and gave all necessary demos at the end. Job done very cleanly and on time. Sales person Vince was very helpful and supported throughout the process.

Honest company, responsive, we have now used them for new hvac on 2 different homes and will continue to use them. They do not work off commission, so what you want is what you get at market value price. Recommend to anyone

Ben, is friendly, and represents 911 Mechanical very well. His customer service is exceptional! Ben’s knowledge of A/C system maintenance was demonstrative through his communication/explanation of the problem with our system. Lastly, but most importantly, our system is fixed! The overall service was satisfactory and made it easier to pay for the service provided. It was worth it. Hopefully 911 Mechanical has an employee recognition program and hopefully they see the exceptional qualities in Ben that my family and I observed.

911 Mechanical installed a Carrier Infinity System in my house for a price that I still cannot fathom. They also helped me get $600 in rebates from DTE and Consumers that basically covered the payment of this new system for a few months. I could not possibly recommend a company more than I could recommend 911 Mechanical. Vince was great to work with and was willing to honor a price for a quote that was given to me in 2021. The real deal.
