911 Mechanical Heating-Cooling-Plumbing

I came home from work yesterday, and my thermostat read 86 degrees in the house (and it was set at 74 degrees). I panicked (because I have dogs), and set out contacting every HVAC company known to man. 911 Mechanical Heating and Cooling was the company that could come out the soonest, BUT I also looked at their Google reviews and saw all of the great recommendations for this company. So I booked the appointment with them. Aric was amazing! He was super professional. Wore a face mask and the protective shoe coverings. And he walked me through the entire job, what he was looking for. What he found. Explained the part that needed to be replaced. Taped up some wires that my lawn maintenance company had knicked. I was so glad that I chose this company, and asked for a business card so that I can call them first should I have any HVAC problems in the future. I highly recommend and will definitely be referring them to friends and family! I was also greatly surprised with the cost for a/c repairs. It was much less than I had anticipated!

Update: 12/17/20: My furnace was making loud noises. I could've called any HVAC company, but remained loyal to 911 Mechanical after the amazing service they provided over the summer with my AC unit. Aric came out again, and it turns out that I needed a motor in my furnace replaced (which would temporarily hold the furnace together for a year or two), or I could replace the furnace all together. I opted to replace the furnace all together. I swear, Aric is amazing, and walked me through everything as far as the pricing and what to expect. The installation crew that came out were nice. They showed up on time, and went about the job (it was about a 3.5 hour job), and called me out after it was done and went over everything with me. The company itself is also super proactive about paperwork and sending in the rebate info for DTE and Consumer's Energy. All on all, it was another great experience! Thank you Aric and crew!!! 😀

Called and Chris came out when he said he would be there. Very knowledgeable and presented us with options that helped solidify us using 911 mechanical.

I've been using 911 Mechanical for a new number of years now and they've always been great! They did a new AC install a few years ago and I have them out to do AC and furnace tune ups each year. They've been nothing but professional and courteous.

Recently 911 Mechanical Heating-Cooling replaced my entire HVAC (air and furnace) in my home. The two technicians (Trevor and Josh) were punctual, professional, courteous, and efficient. Plus after everything was complete they walked through all the new installation equipment, help me set up a new smart thermostat and answered all my questions. Top notch service, super happy with the result 911 Mechanical should get 6 out of 5 stars, highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.

They have excellent technicians who are knowledgeable and friendly. We had a recurring problem that necessitated 3 visits, though it was felt the problem was handled after the 2nd visit where they replaced recalled parts. We were told that there would be no charge for the 3rd visit but was surprised with a $135 charge. After calling the office, they explained that they meant that there wouldn't be a service charge but we still need to pay for labor. We feel that $404 is pretty steep for fixing a problem that Carrier noted as a problem in this furnace.

Jeff called and arrived as he said he would. He was very respectful and knowledgeable of his work. Completed the necessary furnace issue. Provide answer to all my questions concerning my furnace behavior. Suggested a hummitfier for more heat comfort. I will use them again. Thanks Jeff.

Edward was professional and timely. Being a new homeowner he was answered my question in depth to ensure that I had a good understanding of the current condition of my furnace. He provided me with recommendations to keep the furnace working. I highly recommend the company and thanks Edward for being so thorough!

Box truck tried to run me off the road on the zipper merge for no reason then laugh about it. Not letting traffic properly flow on a zipper merge is illegal. Zipper lanes are designed to reduce traffic and wait times. Not people I would let in my house.
