Edward Barry is a top notch professional! I hope he is on every service call for us, he is very knowledgeable, polite and efficient.

I had a new furnace installed in addition to a coil for a new central air condenser later in the spring by 911 Mechanical. Initially had an issue on first night after installation of furnace; we awoke that next morning to find we had no heat. One call to Vince who initially gave me the estimate and he sent out a technician by the name of Jeff who was clearly a veteran in the industry within 2 hours. He evaluated the install performed by two other technicians, successfully fixed the problem within a few hours. I needed help with claiming my furnace warranty I realized I had on the old furnace and Kelly at the office responded on Christmas Eve with what I needed. Excellent service even after the sale is what is most important to me as sadly today this is no longer as common as one would (should) expect. I highly recommend this company for any heating and air needs!

I have used 911 since buying my house a few years ago. All the employees from the young lady who answers the phone to my service tech are wonderful. Eric has been doing my yearly checkups for a few years now. I enjoy seeing him because he is professional and knowledgeable about my furnace and a/c. I highly recommend 911 and Eric because they really care about clients.

I was sweating to death during the 90+ temperatures. C/A was working but not cooling. Eric fixed the problem in no time. 911 is awesome.

Just had our furnace repaired, a "draft inducer motor" was replaced. After almost an immediate follow-up...they were able to provide a very reasonable fee. The Technician was great....very knowledgeable, professional and fast.

I would certainly recommend them...and look forward to working with them for our future renovation projects. :)

Technician very knowledge, professional and concerned about doing a good job!

I called at 11:02AM for service as the blower on my furnace was not working. DTE contacted them at 11:07AM and 911 Mechanical accepted the order. I was told by DTE that 911 Mechanical would be out between 12PM and 4PM. I'm sitting here waiting in an EXTREMELY cold home for someone to come out. I get a call from 911 Mechanical at 2:00PM and the representative said they did not have availability for today and could come tomorrow. I asked her why was she just now calling me 3 hours later. She said she just received the order at 2PM. Now, I know better than that. I called DTE back and it's clearly documented in the system when I called and when they contacted 911 Mechanical. Additionally, 911 Mechanical had the nerve to send DTE a message at 2:02PM stating that "...the customer cancelled" as if I cancelled on them. I told the representative, "Why would I cancel when I'm calling to get someone out today? That makes no sense!" Do, DTE called 911 Mechanical directly and the guy told the representative that they came to the door and I didn't answer which was a COMPLETE LIE! First of all, I have cameras and sensors. No one came. Secondly, why would you call to cancel for no availability if you already came? I do not like sheisty companies that lack moral fiber. It's one thing to lie on DTE, but you will NOT lie on me. I now have to wait another 24 hours to get someone out here because of there error. I would NOT recommend this company.

I have nothing but the best to say about this company and their "over the top" professionalism. Their customer service, professional install, and amazing follow up are second to none! I strongly encourage anyone needing service to reach out to them and let them win you over as well!

Eric was very knowledgeable. Our AC was not working since last week. We called and scheduled the appointment. Eric came this morning, he was on time and was very courteous, he fixed the issue in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend 911 Mechanical for AC/HVAC issues. Great Service.
