Jeff was very professional and worked fast to identify and fix the problem in a timely manner. Our place began to warm up immediately before he even left. I would definitely recommend 911 Mechanical and use them again.

I've known Alex the owner for quite some time and I have had him do numerous and varied jobs for me with heating and cooling with my different properties. He has always delivered a quality service to take care of my property. Always responsive and as always been Fair .I can't ask anything more from a Tradesman technician.

after 40 years of service, my house's original furnace finally kicked the bucket a few weeks back. since it just wasn't worth putting $400 in parts into a 40 year old furnace that will just have other parts break down soon, i opted for a complete new one. these guys came out and did a spectacular job replacing it with a much more efficient unit. they were prompt, their prices were competitive with other quotes i got, and they were polite and professional over the phone and in person. i will be giving them a call in the future when my old AC unit eventually dies.

I called a couple different contractors to get a quote for a furnace and air conditioner replacement and they came in at the best price. So I Purchased a Carrier brand from them because that's what I had before and it lasted about 27 years. On the day of installation the guys came out and were friendly and professional, they introduced themselves and shook my hand before they got started. They were also very clean, they laid down blankets throughout the whole walk path and down through the basement to ensure the floors didn't get dirty. As they worked I watched over their shoulders and they were nice enough to explain to me what they were doing so I got a free education out of the whole process as well. Furnace and AC are running just fine. Nice job guys i'll be sure to recommend them to others who need their services.

Aric is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time as expected, addressed the issue, and provided me with the explanation as to how the damper failed. Luckily, we are under warranty and hopefully this solved the issue. I recommend using 911 Mechanical for your heating and cooling needs. They are true to their word. Horrible customer service!! I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do... but avoid this company!!! I had a tech come out to fix a part on our furnace (granted it’s an older furnace), the technician didn’t have the part on his truck and said he would order it and deliver it on Monday. We got a huge snow storm so I knew other customers would take precedence over my part, which is fine because our furnace still ran. However, after Monday came and went, nobody showed up, not even a phone call. I called the office to find out what was going on and after getting the runaround, I finally got a call back from Kelly. I was told that my part hadn’t arrived and that they’d call me when it did. A few days went by and I got another call, I spoke with Mike, apparently the part was never actually ordered... because he said the part is obsolete and that he couldn’t get it! After a quick Google search with the part numbers, several identical parts popped up. I felt as though they didn’t care. If you want to get the runaround and not have the work completed, call this company!

Professional installers. Did a great job. I will recommend this company if anybody needs HVAC work.

Our furnace died on 3/09/18 at the ripe old age of 23 .The first company I called was 911 mechanical told them there’s no heat and the furnace had not been on since about 8pm the following night. I was told that someone would come out between noon -5 . Mike showed up right at noon diagnosed my old furnace gave me the cost for the repair I think he humored me for sentimental reasons.I decided to go with a new furnace but I needed to have it installed ASAP because of how cold it was that day. Mike called his office told them the issue the office called back and said it will be installed that day. The installation team came and 4hrs later on a Friday I had heat .911Mechanical did a phenomenal job everything was coordinated and executed perfectly. Sorry for the long review but having heat that same day meant everything. Thanks for everything

911 mechanical has all ways responded to my needs asap. They installed a complete infinity system in my home July 2019. It was a lot of work and I had some equipment problems at first but they fought for me and got the problem solved. A year later I started to have troubles with the A/C again and they responded quickly. My problem is not with 911 Mechanical but my equipment. I decided to install a complete new system in my 25 year home so to not have problems for years to come. I stepped up a higher level of equipment to ensure that. Hope this does not end up to be a yearly problem.

I would never recommend this company. I’ve spent over $400 with them and they made our AC worse and it now doesn’t work and we have to call someone else. Horrible communication within the company. Both guys that came out had no idea what was wrong with our AC and they both said something different was wrong. The first guy that came out was extremely rude and told us he couldn’t fix anything that day and that we needed to turn off our AC and he would have to come back in the next couple of days. This was after we already waited 2 weeks for him to show up.. He never came back and when we called they said someone couldn’t come back for two more weeks. The second guy who showed up was very nice but had no idea that it was a follow up call and did something different than what the first guy said needed to happen and now our AC is leaking a ton and the AC works at half capacity. Don’t call these people, its not worth the wait.
