Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

I can't say enough about Accu-Temp. They've bailed me out in after-hours repairs twice, and both times were extremely fast and very reasonable.

Today, we had a birthday party planned for our kids and woke up to the house being in the lower 80's, and the A/C not working. I called the company's after hours number, and Bob called me back within a minute, even though he was on vacation 300 miles north.

Within 12 minutes of me calling them, a tech was at my house and within an hour the A/C was back up and running. I never even had to stop all the last minute cleaning, decorating and prepping for the birthday party and everybody was thankful for how crisp and cool the house was on such a hot day.

I found this company online and because they were local and had a 5 star rating, I contacted them to look at my AC unit which was not cooling down my house and the pipe was freezing. They contacted me right away, set an appointment and were out the next day. Eric was very friendly and knowledgable and explained a lot of things to me and we found out that the freon should do the trick as I was not looking to replace my AC this year. He checked everything outside and inside and my AC is back to cooling the house. Thanks Eric for everything. :)

Accu-Temp was great to work with. The guys that did the install of my furnace and AC were Tim & Andy. They were polite, very professional, and very knowledgeable of everything. They showed and explained to me everything they did so I was up to date and aware of the new equipment. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I would recommend

I have dealt with Accu-Temp for many years. As expected, Cameron C. was punctual, personable and professional throughout the service appointment. He was very thorough, yet politely answered my questions while he completed the furnace maintenance and repair. He used shoe covers upon entering my home, and was careful to keep the work area clean. Cameron C., as well as all of the employees I have dealt with at Accu-Temp, are highly skilled and understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. I will continue to use this company, and highly recommend them for anyone needing similar service.

You will not find a better business to take care or your heating & air conditioning needs! They installed our new air conditioner and provide service to our furnace. The owner is always responsive, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Every technician that has ever come out to our home has been professional, courteous, and knowledgable.

Bottom line, Bob and his team are top notch. No one takes care of their customers better. Whether it is for new products or service, give these guys a call first!

Process to contact them after hours was straight forward, and they returned my call promptly. The person that initially contacted me was very nice, and the technician, Ron, contacted me shortly after that. Ron was knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try to sell me additional parts or services that were not required. Ron was thorough, and not in a rush to leave - he took his time and did the job right.

I would definitely recommend Accu-Temp to anyone, and I am glad I found "my HVAC guys" in Howell.

Bob knew what he was doing and did it quickly. He answered all my questions and was courteous. Would have been 5 stars but it was quite a bit more than estimated over the phone. While phone estimates are rarely accurate, the final bill was another 50% of the quote on the phone. I would still recommend Accu-Temp and have them scheduled to tune-up my furnace

Andy & Tim did an awesome job replacing my furnace humidifier.
Friendly and very knowledgeable, they explained everything.
We just moved into Howell, MI. Its nice being able to depend on a honest company.

We have been longtime customers of Accu- Temp; through the years they have maintained focus of community and customer satisfaction, which is becoming a list art in society today. My furnace needed replacement , response as always was prompt. Jason was prompt efficient, I appreciated his explanation and information, like a next door neighbor. They continue to care and keep up the good work.

Woke up with no heat and the house at 45 degrees. I called Accu-temp on Sunday after Christmas and Bob was at the house and fixed my furnace within 2hrs. Bob is the best! Accu-temp is the best!
