Highly recommend BJ's Heating and Cooling! Truly a very genuine and fair business. I got quotes for an A/C replacement from several local companies and BJ's was clearly the best. They were so easy to communicate and work with. Debbie was excellent and very on top of things. She got my original quote and work order scheduled efficiently and was great at following up with any questions I had. Bob was very thorough with my A/C installation and did a fantastic job.

Absolutely perfect service. We got multiple quotes for comparable products and BJ’s quoted us the best (price and equipment compared) and gave us the best timeline. As far as the work, it was flawless. The guys that came were friendly, clean, informative, and they treated my dog really well which is important to me having people come work at the house. Completely transparent, respectful and CLEAN. Every working area was better than when they arrived. If you are debating going with them, make the move! If I could rate them higher I would.

I recently worked with BJ's Heating & Cooling for the installation of a new HVAC system in my home, and I am happy to say that the entire process was seamless and stress-free.

From the initial quote to the final installation, the team at BJ's was professional. They took the time to explain the different options and rebates and helped me choose the best system for my home.

On the day of installation, the team carried out the work with care. The technicians arrived on time. They were respectful and took care to protect my home during the installation process.

After the installation was complete, Rob took the time to walk me through the operation of the new system and answer any questions I had.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from BJ's. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services. Their quote is very competitive and warranty is excellent. Hopefully I won't need to contact them in the near future :)

I asked for an estimate on central AC replacement and the owner came out. RUDE, RUDE AND MORE RUDE. Looked at my furnace for 1 minute, didn’t measure area of my place to get size of unit I’d need for replacement, didn’t give quote (which I wouldn’t have trusted anyways since he did NOTHING to possibly give a quote) and it appears basically didn’t want to do job.
As a business owner, this is UNREAL that it appears obvious that he doesn’t need any more business and it’s a good sign how you must be treated if you are his customer.

In response to your response… that is not what I said, but of course there wasn’t listening on your part. I wasn’t even speaking to any unit you spoke of, because you gave NO input on any kind of unit, nor bid of the job. A Carrier costs more money than a Bryant (what you install) and your response was it would be the same amount. Good Luck to you and your poor communication and customer service.

Joe was great, he was very hands on with showing us everything he did. My two year old was very interested and Joe was respectful and nice, showing my son what parts were and his tools. Great services and AC was fixed!

They came for a cleaning AC but found out hot water heater was out. They found the problem and had to order part. Lucky for me they got it next day and they came out to install it, same day !!! I now have Hot Water

Air conditioner repair
Have used BJs Heating and Cooling a number of times over the last 16 years. Always timely, friendly and efficient. I tend to be suspicious of repair companies but trust BJs to provide fair, honest service.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Doug came out and provided me not only with a quote but some helpful education behind heating and cooling systems. There was no pressure to make an on the spot decision and he provider several different combinations and options.

The staff on the phone were just as curious and attentive. The woman I spoke to getting the initial appointment setup and eventually the install scheduled was speedy, flexible and kind. I even called off hours without realizing it and the answering service/call center was equally as helpful, detailed and supportive.

Installation for our furnace and ac was about a day and a half of work. Two guys came out and they worked clean, fast and thankfully didn't mind 2 dogs milling about. They answered several questions about the system and even wrote out instructions to setup my phone with the new thermostat. If you didn't know we had work done you would have never known they were here!

Very responsive and quick appointment for service. Efficient service tech and great having actual person to speak with at company. Would highly recommend BJ's Heating & Cooling.
