Great team! Super friendly, gave us a great deal on a new A/C and installed it quickly. After our bad storms a couple weeks ago our A/C quit. I called them 8am Monday we had technicians here at 9am and it was fixed. I would definitely recommend this company!

We had a great experience with BJ's Heating & Cooling Inc. We called them out last minute on a Saturday and our service tech, Chris E. was great! He was on time, very professional and explained everything to us in detail. We were very happy with his service and will definitely use them again.

After contacting BJ's to get my AC repaired and having a good experience, I included them in getting multiple quotes to replace my furnace, AC, and water heater.
They ended up being the best quote and Doug Smith was very knowledgeable and upfront about the pro's and con's or the levels of equipment options; great guy to work with.
Josh, Brad and Chris did the install and were friendly and professional, doing quality work efficiently and thoroughly cleaning up afterward.
Having just had the work done it's too soon to comment on the comfort and efficiency of my chosen equipment but my experience with BJ's Heating and Cooling during the repair, sales and install has all been very positive.

I had this company come out for the compressor on my central air unit intermittently not working. The technician who came to service my unit had to phone a friend as he was stumped. Soon after he told me that my compressor needed to be replaced and therefore I needed a new central air system. Two days later I had another local company come and take a look and all my unit needed was a hard start kit. It has been running perfectly fine for weeks now. I then proceeded to request a refund for the diagnosis fee that I paid which ended up being a misdiagnosis. I spoke with the owner Doug eventually after calling multiple times and he was only willing to refund me about 1/3 of the bill. He stated that he had to recoup his cost for the service call. Unreal! It's not my problem that you have inexperienced technicians within your company. They did send me a check for the amount promised but I still feel cheated. Not to mention the fact that had I not got a second opinion I would have spent $5,000 prematurely to replace the whole system.

In response to BJ's reponse- I begrudgingly agreed to the amount of the refund and I shared that with the owner. Why you might ask... Because let's be real here, what were my other options??? Spend 50 bucks to open a small claim to recoup 44 dollars after everything is said and done??? This is why I told the owner I was not happy with his proposed amount but I'd take it. Any fair business would not expect you to cover their overhead when they did not provide the services you paid for. In fact, I think I should've been offered a credit in attempt to retain my business. That's just not how most of these places work nowadays. It's a shame!!!

After getting a few bids on a new furnace/AC system elsewhere, we gave BJ's a try and we are glad we did. The bid was the best of all of them all, but it was the system expertise that really sold us. Our basement rec room was too cold to enjoy during the winter months and took a few space heaters to be tolerable at all. Doug implemented some changes and added to our ductwork that really made a difference. We gained more living space as a result. The installation was performed by enthusiastic professionals who left things neat as a pin with noteworthy workmanship. We highly recommend BJ's.

When looking to purchase our home, BJ’s was able to quickly inspect the furnace and ac before we made an offer. We knew we would need to replace them both down the road. One year after we purchased our home, we called BJ’s to do the work. All the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. They answered any questions we had and made sure we were satisfied with their service and product. It was a great experience and we highly recommend them.
