Chris and his team installed a new dual-fuel heat pump for us about a month ago, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Chris walked us through the pros and cons of the system, and discussed other options with us. His crew was prompt and professional. We had a couple issues with the heat pump defrosting, due to some issue with the unit itself, and Chris and his guys were super prompt in getting back out here, analyzing what was wrong, and getting in touch with the manufacturer to solve the issue. We are very happy with our system and the service that 365 Mechanical provided!

Chris is the first totally fair and honest HVAC man I’ve worked with. I realize now that the best bids and charges I’ve had in the past were too high by the thousands. Chris knows all makes and models of HVAC equipment inside and out, so is aware of which brands have the exact same parts/components of other brands – which may be overpriced because of advertising costs. But that’s not why I love him most; I’d pay extra for Chris’ intelligence, integrity, and heart. He not only gave me the best advice on a new furnace, A/C system, and hot water heater, he pointed me in the right direction when I asked him for recommendations of good people to help me with other services. I trusted the kind of people he’d hire would be the kind of people I’d want to work with. I now also have a great electrician, vet, and cleaning service, thanks to referrals from Chris. He and his team worked quickly and respectfully to install the furnace, A/C and H2O heater in one day. They are now working to help me with a better dryer vent. I am so grateful for Chris’ know-how and professionalism. GO, 365!

I recently replaced my HVAC system and can't say enough about 365 Mechanical and Chris the owner. From the bidding process to the completion of the job Chris was available for all of my questions. He gave me the detailed bid that I asked for so that I could make the best possible decision for my home. When the day came Chris and his team (Kyle and Zach) arrived on time and got to work immediately. Dropcloths were used on the stairs and when they left my laundry room was cleaner than when they started. If you are looking for some old-school work ethic, professionalism, and quality workmanship then call 365 Mechanical and use Chris and his team.

Chris was extremely responsive and showed up within hours of reaching out to him. He was able to fix and recharge our AC unit at a very reasonable price and saved us from spending $3k to $4k on a new unit. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a fair and honest diagnoses of your HVAC issues.

365 Mechanical, and Chris, were excellent from start to finish. Chris came when he said he would to get me an estimate, steered me in the right direction for what I should and shouldn't do, and gave me a fair price. On installation day, Chris and team were right on time, did the installation extremely efficiently, and were very careful around the house and when removing the old system. I don't think I'll call anyone else again if I need HVAC work done at my home.

Our 20 year old central AC unit died this spring during a hot spell. Chris came out to assess the unit within an hour and informed us that we would likely need a new unit. Despite 365 Mechanical being one of several quotes we obtained, Chris did a temporary fix on our unit at no charge because he didn't want us to suffer in the heat, regardless of whether we went with his company for the new AC unit. This guy runs his business with integrity and will treat you like family - and he ended up being the most competitive quote I could find, too.
