Haley Mechanical - Heating & Cooling

Haley Mechanical did a FABULOUS job for us on our new home heating and air conditioning system. We asked our General Contractor to use them as opposed to their regular mechanical contractor and they did a great job. They installed heating, air conditioning and a radiant in floor heat system that keeps our house perfect all year around. Their installers were excellent, did great work, communicated well. Their Start up people got the system up and running, and adjusted it as needed. Their Office staff are 2nd to none. We would Highly recommend Haley Mechanical for any and all of your Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing needs. Ron & Chris Livengood, Chelsea MI.

Haley installed 8 indoor mini splits and 2 outdoor units and they are working great. Kyle is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. One of the indoor units had a minor issue and Haley had someone out to look at it a couple hours after I called. Thank you! I highly recommend this company.

The two geothermal heat pumps in my home failed. Working with Haley Mechanical we decided to update our system to a different Geothermal system. Erik and Chris did a great job completing a complex and challenging installation. They were professional and pleasant.

Dave and Teddy replaced our traditional water heater/tank for a boiler + reservoir and hooked it up to floor glycol heating tubing. Highly recommend them!

They were courteous and respectful of the house. Left the area completely clean, despite having to walk through a muddy construction area OUTSIDE of the home to enter and exit each day. Cleaned up and swept their area, leaving it cleaner than it was when they arrived. Piping looks great!

They were communicative about what work they had, options, and what they had left to do over their 3-day project. They also performed check-out throughout the house before wrapping up. Positive, friendly guys!

Not happy with their 24 hour service, when my hot water heater went on a Friday night at my vacation rental. They did not answer my call until Saturday morning. (I called around 10:00pm) There should have been a heater available to the person on call. It took a week to have a new one installed. On top of this my heater was only 3 years old, this should have never happened.
The service installer was wonderful, Jeff did a great job and was professional. The staff is always professional and tried to schedule me as soon as possible. I would give these good people a five star review. It’s not their fault this company does not have the proper inventory, in stock.

Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the summer and a friend highly recommended Haley Mechanical. After my experience, I will be highly recommending them as well. Their technician, Jakub, was knowledgeable, thorough, and patiently explained his work. I am so grateful to him, and to the team at Haley Mechanical, for getting our house cool again! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Haley Mechanical has been great! I called interested in a heat pump to provide AC this Summer but knew little about how they worked. Thomas quickly got in contact with me and spent lots of time answering my questions and giving great advice on the best way to go about this. I ended up doing a heat pump, furnace, and water heater. They scheduled me about a week and a half out. It took 3 days to have it all done. All the guys at the house were fantastic. Alex, Austin, Cole: you guys were awesome. Clean, professional, knowledgeable, and gave me (new home owner) lots of tips on home ownership. The end product is awesome! I am very happy with Haley and was glad to see their sign up at a neighbors house down the street.

We have not started yet. I sent info for a quote and waiting to find out if we will Move forward.
Fri 6 2 23 we had to have Ken come out to tell us which walla to remove. Communication breakbdown. But Haley acted quickly by having Ken come by and show us what walls to demo. Problem solved.

Guys came out on time every day for a 2 day furnace and A-C replacement. done on time very professional, and very informative of the appliances installed and answered questions and other issues that may come in the future.. we had 3 men out, and all 3 men are 5 star employees you get quality with this company.. the men, the equipment, the products, and service

Mice got into our AC condensers and made them home. The original installer want to sell us new units at about $10K each. Haley got one of the units up and running in an hour and will come back with new wiring harnesses and circuit boards for a fraction of that. Excellent service!
