Ian was punctual and did his work in a timely and thorough manner. When Ian was done with his work we talked for about ten minutes and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant. It’s because of people like Ian that I continue to use Haley Mechanical.

Andrew did an excellent job!!! He asked all the questions he needed at the start, to get the job done, then completed the tasks while I was buried in work at home. He was very knowledgeable, kind and even reminded me to change the furnance filter. Very pleased!!!!

Luis came out to replace a blower housing that vibrated. When he got into it he found that the original housing was not installed correctly at the factory. After a minor repair, he reinstalled the original housing and we no longer hear any vibration. Luis also called on his way out to give us a heads up on arrival time. After finishing the job, Luis explained what he had found and how he repaired it, but also wanted to make sure we understood and did not have any questions.

Luis found that a faulty house thermostat/wiring was requesting BOTH heat and a/c at the same time. A temporary workaround is in place. In my initial trouble report, I had noted that the blowers came on when heat was requested (which shouldn’t happen with radiant heat). Before replacing the thermostat, the wiring tying one thermostat to two systems (heat and air) should be reviewed.

Avere was on time, friendly and very professional. My furnace went out in the middle of the night. Called Haley, they showed up quickly and fixed the issue within a few minutes. Very satisfied.
