Haley Mechanical - Heating & Cooling

Aaron came out and did a great job explaining what would go into setting up individualized systems for our sunroom and upstairs office. He went above and beyond to investigate all of the routing options and laid out easy to understand recommendations and their cost/energy efficiency. Highly recommend Haley for all of your HVAC needs.

Haley saved the day for us. They were able to schedule us at the last minute before a holiday weekend and replace an old , nonstandard water heater at a very reasonable price.

We recently went through the process of having our water furnace geothermal unit replaced with some other items we wanted addressed as well. Needless to say, the process was flawless from start to finish. Thomas Poole was exceptional at communicating every step of the way, along with the install team being prompt, friendly, and professional. Without question we will be using Haley Mechanical from here on out.

I have used Haley in the past but the most recent use came when our old heating unit expired. Haley immediately sent someone to assess the problem, and he and I soon realized the old unit was beyond restoration. Discussions with Kyle about replacement generated sensible, cost-effective advice that we took. Two days later a crew arrived to extricate the old unit and to install the new, including substantial on-site fabrication of ducting and venting to fit the new unit to our ductwork. The installation looks clean and custom, and the new unit is much quieter and more efficient. I could not be more pleased with the crew and office staff that helped expedite the installation and made certain at every step that we were getting what we needed. This is a well run company with trained staff and the resources to make certain a customer is well treated. I recommend them without reservation.

In a recent visit Luis from Haley diagnosed a problem with my AC unit and repaired it quickly. On a very hot week, he saved us from much discomfort. This is typical of the efficient and quick response from Haley.

We called Haley at 8:00am about replacing a leaking hot water heater. John from their plumbing group arrived a little before 10:00am and we had a new hot water heater up and running before noon. John was fast, efficient and highly professional. We have used Haley for HVAC, plumbing and electrical work and have always been highly satisfied with their work.

Austin was extremely courteous and professional. I have used Haley for several jobs and have always been very pleased with their quality, timeliness and professionalism of the field representatives and office staff. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this company! I chose them on the basis of being a Water Furnace certified dealer. Our geothermal unit quit during the ice storm, and decided to replace instead of investing in a 23yr old unit. Which turned out to be much more complicated than we anticipated. Haley Mechanical did everything in their power to make it as seemless as possible. We had the pleasure of interacting with an entire team working on getting us up and running. All the way from the very knowledgeable Henry Haley, to the friendly and efficient gals that we communicated with until the job was finished. Call them. Haley is a well oiled machine and the staff is good at what they do. And I received nothing for this review!

Kyle was very professional, clean, kind, organized, thoughtful, knowledgeable, A breath of fresh air in this day and age. I will absolutely use Kyle and Haley Mechanical Heating and Cooling for my plumbing and other home maintenance needs🌷

The people at Haley are nice so I don’t want to disparage them. But the quality of the service is average and the Lennox system they installed is a piece of junk. We’ve had 12 systems in the 6 houses we’ve owned and this one is by far the least reliable. Multiple issues every year with it. We’ve seen more Haley techs in our two years in this house than we’ve seen in the 20 years of previous home ownership…combined. Meanwhile the second system - 20 years old - just keeps on running with no issues. The most recent issue is the heat not working. A simple Google search shows the code E223 is a failed pressure switch. Haley came out and did a few things, but didn’t replace the switch, claiming that it is still good. So we were without heat for multiple days waiting for the first appointment and then immediately after the tech left, it threw the code again and now we’ve been without heat for an additional 4 days while we wait for them to come back. Considering the cost of a new system, I would never choose Lennox. And that is what Haley recommends so, unfortunately it is on them to deal with the issues.

This review is for two different calls. The first lower review deals with our heating system and this last one with our air conditioner.

Both men did excellent and thorough jobs! And they also not only serviced, but fixed!!! Major issues!

This was for Second call to service our Air conditioning Unit. Once again the gentleman went beyond locating the issue and fixing the air conditioner and having to re-wire. He took his time to figure out the exact problem and to actually fix it. He explained each step and he also then did all the necessary steps to service and clean the air conditioning unit! A very pleasant and hard working person!

This was for First Call and service! Called for Emergency Service and contacted me right away to set up immediate appt. And offered suggestions in the meantime. The person, who came out went right to work and as he went along provided information and explained each step and offered suggestions for future maintenance. He then proceeded to further help check on an associated issue and did basic maintenance. Explained further what needed to come next and set the steps in motion. Everything was made clear and the main issue was taken care of and plans set in place for future as well as explanations re the different options for further and future maintenance. Much appreciated as it was an emergency!
