Haley Mechanical - Heating & Cooling

This is my second major Haley Mechanical project. They most recently retrofitted a tankless water heater in our home. They are such a great team to work with, professional, on-time, excellent work quality. Cole and team did a fantastic job on the install. Amazing work, great company!

Avere was right on time, (my appointment was between 10 & 12, he arrived @ 11:00) and confirmed that the leak we experienced last summer was sealed. The system had lost no pressure. The explanation was that the indicating dye added also contains a sealant. Great service call.
Would have been nice if they sent an email/text the day before to confirm appointment, I had to call this morning to make sure I was still on the schedule. Update: I did receive an email at 10:15am confirming the appointment.
Overall highly recommend Haley Mechanical.

Jeff with Haley was prompt, friendly, and professional. He helped us with a bathroom sink faucet. He educated us when we asked plumbing questions, explaining what was wrong and helping us figure out next steps. Our faucet and drain are working great now! We use Haley Mechanical for our furnace and AC maintenance and have never had a bad experience!

Haley fixed my old heating system, prolonging its life, with no pressure to replace it. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts on hand to repair. They were helpful in suggesting a new thermostat. Prompt and professional service.

Haley Mechanical did an amazing job installing our new Daiken furnace and air conditioner. Our technicians, Erich and Marc, were professionals! They arrived promptly, protected our flooring and carpeting and immediately got to work. Both Erich and Marc were friendly and answered any and all questions. Anything they needed to move, was put back. When the job was completed, nothing was left behind except for our new Daiken system. We were instructed how to use the new furnace and thermostat. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Haley Mechanical, and our installation team.

My backup sump pump kept alarming this Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning and Haley was at my house by 10:30 am. John quickly diagnosed my main sump pump had failed and was able to install a new one right away. Haley Mechanical is a very professional and responsive company, and I highly recommend them.

We have not had good luck with plumbers until we tried Haley's!! They had a master plumber come out and look at several jobs we needed done. He then gave a quote and in a week we had John out to do all the work. He was right on time, very professional and courteous, and did an amazing job with clearing drains, replacing faucets in sink and tub. We have finally found our company!!! Thanks so much Haley's!!

We were introduced to Haley Mechanical via our general contractor for some plumbing work needed on our guest bathroom renovation. Ken and team did an excellent job on that portion. We then had them replace galvanized piping while we had the walls open in the bathroom, another excellent job by them. Since then, we've also had a pipe burst, of which we also had Haley Mechanical out and they did a phenomenal job fixing and also giving us tips on how to prevent that in the future, in addition to replacing a gas line to our dryer. As new homeowners, it's easy to feel like you might be taken advantage of but Haley Mechanical has been fair in estimates, does an outstanding job when they arrive and are all around great team. I'd highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs and they've definitely earned our business for these services moving forward.
