Haley Mechanical - Heating & Cooling

Called Haley and left message for my heat being out. The tech got back to me right away. He happened to be in Chelsea on another call and said he would come to me when he was done. Came over a lot sooner than I expected. Immediately identified the problem and repaired it. All within a couple hours of calling them. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I would recommend Haley Mechanical to anyone that needs HVAC work done.

Kurt was friendly and knowledgeable with my generator plug installation. He explained how I go safely about hooking up my generator when needed. I had to leave for a prior engagement and he even closed up my garage when he left.

Lost compressor due to tree that grew into the back and destroyed the inner workings. Should have stayed on top of the maintenance! Great meeting this morning with Kyle. Professional, attentive, thorough, and awesome. Looks like things will move fairly quickly. I'm going to get a service contract to keep this at least from recurring.

Rob was friendly, professional and did a thorough job checking out the HVAC system when it stopped functioning. He would happily use him and Haley Mechanical again.
Also the text from the company prior to tech’s arrival with their photo on it is a great safety feature.

Ian was very positive and informative in helping me understand my AC unit’s pressures, electrical measurements and the areas I need to pay attention to as a residential home owner, for my 11 yo Lennox HVAC system. Excellent service, and Ian is top notch. Haley has treated me very well. I’m comfortable with their annual VIP service plan, and the technicians and office staff have all treated me with courteous and helpful attention for my inquiries and recommended advice. Use Haleys for most things in our house and it's convenient having reliable and honest people cone out. Luis was very professional in appearance, put on shoe covers before he came into the house and explained what he saw. The good news is the HVAC turned out fine and apparently the system resurrected itself. He explained during power failures, it takes longer to reboot and I was just impatient. Better safe than sorry with several kids and a puppy at home.

Matthew is a hard working, honest, reliable human being. It was a honor to have Matt working on my, new construction, whole house electrical system installation. He is a perfectionist. He takes pride in his work. Every aspect of the job was completed flawlessly. I am lucky to have been able to have his expert advice throughout the project. Dave and Teddy did a great job with my new boiler install. They finished the job ahead of schedule and were very professional the whole time, and the company has also been quick to respond to issues since the install. The reduced star is because, in our initial boiler assessment, a different Haley Mechanical technician had missed some key flaws in our system, so we initially got a simple repair job done that quickly failed and required the brand-new boiler. The company apologized and, I think, did right by us in the end. They've also made improvements to their process as a result of our experience. But it would have saved us some time and hassle if we had the right information earlier.

Jakub was on time, friendly, and knowledgable while providing regular maintenance of our furnace and water heater. Scheduling our service with the person in the office was also an excellent experience. I’d highly recommend Haley Mechanical for any HVAC needs and will certainly continue to use their services for future maintenance.

Terry was very polite and did a great fixing the A/C power line. He also was able to disconnect all the power to our pool & spa.
Overall a great job by all the folks at Haley Mechanical!!!
