Product failed and I would give Haley 6 stars if could. Read on. Purchased a new generator in 2022 Installed at the end of November. Worked as expected when the Feb 2023 ice storm came through and stopped on day 3 between 3 and 4 am. Henry Haley was at my house before 7:15 am same day (saturday). Generator had failed due to a pulley failure in the generator. He was able to source parts, and generator was up and running around 24 hours later. No question about warranty claims - very focused on getting us (the customer) up and running. He sent a technician back 48 hours later to check everything was working as expected. Henry and team demonstrated the highest level of after sales support and commitment to the customer. Haley Mechanical great to work with from initial purchase, installation and after-sale support.

Everyone I’ve dealt with since having my HVAC installed last year has been very pleasant and helpful. Andrew Hartzog, who serviced my HVAC and water heater today, couldn’t have been nicer. He explained everything he did. He arrived on time. He explained the difficulties I might have with my water heater in the future.

I can't remember ever having anyone from Haley do amy kind of job from furnace/AC to plumbing wjo wasn't wonderful to work with, or did anything but excellent work. I've used Haley for 14 years now, since I first moved to Dexter, and that's aslways been the case. your technicians are always promt, thorough, explain things so I can understand them. Haley isn't cheap, but they're reasonable, and these days you get what you pay for. thenks, to you all... david c

I’ve come to trust Hailey for checking and fixing our cooling and heating system. The technician Andrew was very efficient, professional, friendly, and explained things well.

Installed a Generac System for our house. We had Cole Rize give us a bid. We had very professional workers that came to our house and also, had conversations with on the phone.
Cole Rize, Dustin Meier, Cody, Brandon, Lance, Joshua, Kevin and another young man I did not get his name were all very professional.
Linda did all of the scheduling. She was very pleasant and professional. The ladies that answered the phone were very helpful.

Lance did a great job with installation of a new garbage disposal and also minor repair on a gas connection for a stove. Timely, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended him and Haley Mechanical!

I was most impressed on how quickly they came out to my house ~ how knowledgeable their Plumber was ~ how wonderful he was "explaining" what he needed to do ~ and how FAIR their pricing was!! Haley is an amazing company ~ that "does it all" when it comes to heating and cooling - Electrical and Plumbing!! I will forever recommend them to all I know!
