Polite and efficient. We had a catastrophic drain fracture our plumber had to fix in a 200+ old home. He did everything needed to make our drain leaks whole again.

After looking into the company and asking around, I have discovered that this company is very respected, with many people. Not only for their honesty but also for their work ethic’s. Haley is a family owned business, most professional and quality driven Company. The service rep Kyle, is honorable and caring person. He took his time explaining everything in detail. I completely understand the difference, in the systems that are available. But most importantly, he was honest enough not to over sell me. He could have, as others have done. Kyle was easy-going, respectful and very informative. Because of my experience with Kyle, I will most definitely refer him and the company to anyone, who is looking for an HVAC or plumbing company. Thank God that there’s still honest /Honorable companies out there. It hasn’t been easy these days, to find someone, who truly wants to help and work within your budget.

Andrew came to diagnose the issue and pointed us in the right direction to get the new unit installed, Aaron came out, almost immediately to give us a bid, which was very fair and prompt, and within two business days the brand new unit was installed by Connor and his apprentices Dylan and Zach. I have used Haley Mechanical for over 15 years for multiple heating and plumbing projects and annual maintenance on our geothermal system, and I have ALWAYS been treated extremely well, and have never had a problem ever with any technician. Ken Harding was spectacular. Arrived early. Straight to the point. No B.S. No heavy sales pitch. Diagnosed what needed to be done. Sent an estimate to email within minutes of finishing his analysis. I will use Haley Mechanical for all of my plumbing needs from now on. Absolutely delighted to find a company that is knowable, responsible, professional, respectful and REASONABLE. Chase arrived early and set about assessing the AC problem. He was both friendly and professional, as well as knowledgeable. The AC needed to be recharged and a small leak fixed. Now we are cool again. He did a great job.

We decided to change our 20 years old AC unit for a new one. After a thorough examination, company representative Nate Rymarz, explained the situation and proposed several options. We choose not only to replace old AC unit, but also a heater. Erich and Chris did great job, very fast, efficient and professionally. So far we are happy - almost noiseless AC unit gives much better cooling as Nate predicted.
