Haley Mechanical - Heating & Cooling

Had an emergency plumbing situation on a Saturday. John Larissa came out and handled it for me quickly and professionally and saved the day! John was friendly and fast and he cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated! After this first experience, I would definitely recommend Haley Mechanical.

We have used Haley Mechanical for a couple years now for water heater, A/C, and furnace service, repair, and installation. Their response time is always great. The technicians are always very kind, professional and happy to answer any questions and explain how the different systems work, as well the pros and cons of different heating/cooling units as they pertain to our specific house. We recently had them install a new water heater as well as a furnace. I felt they were honest and up-front about everything involved and the prices were fair. Our 21 year-old furnace died in the middle of winter, and we had a baby at home. They sent a technician out right away and even dropped off several heaters for us to keep warm until the furnace could be replaced. All of our experiences with Haley Mechanical have been positive. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

From Carrie on the customer service to David on the technician aide - Haley was all 5 stars. David was through and did great work. We had dampers replaced and other issues with temp controls and furnace/fan communication issues. David Worked the problem bit by bit; He ensured that we were satisfied with the work. Never did I feel I was being sold services or products I did not need. I would highly recommend David and the Haley team.

New Lennox gas furnace and new Lennox AC installed. Only company that recommended changing our duct work to improve performance. Only company that suggested we change how/ where our home humidifier was attached for better performance. Only company that recommended separate breaker/box and handled all electrical changes needed. Executed everything in 2 days. Ken & Marc were great.

I needed a gas line moved from one side of my kitchen to the other. The estimate was prompt and reasonable. I was scheduled quickly and the work was done with care and the way I needed it. No problems. Thank you!

Jeff added a faucet on my kitchen sink with shut off valves on all connections. Although it was a little more than I wanted to spend, everything works well and was installed as I wanted. He didn't have an adapter for the PUR water filter but I managed to install it and it works fine. Thanks Jeff

I need some faucets and water shutoff valves replaced. Ken was on time and answered all my questions. I had a quote very quickly after that.

After the latest power outage in my area we decided it was time for a whole house generator. Haley Mechanical came highly recommended from many friends, some of whom were customers some of whom work in "the trades." From Cole's estimate visit to Terry's final installation and all the conversations with Linda in the office along the way, they were fantastic. I'd definitely recommend them.

I’ve been using Haley Mechanical for many years, ever since I was calling HVAC companies seeking help when my furnace went out on a cold holiday weekend. Every other company I called was either closed or charged a substantial holiday fee. Haley came right out to check the furnace without any additional fee. That was back in the ‘90s, but I’ve used them many times since then, including to install new furnaces both downstairs and upstairs. The technicians have always been most pleasant to work with and very professional, including today when I had my semi-annual routine maintenance done.
