Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

The Accu-Temp employees were nice enough. However, the guy that showed up to my house was rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. Then I find out that he is the owner. His name is Bob. He'll write some sort of "turn the tables" excuse, like he has with all of the other complaints about his attitude and lack of professionalism. It did make sense, being a general manager, if I had an employee that talked to customers the way this man does, he would have been fired yesterday. He lost out on $15,000 of revenue, and has no one else to blame but himself.

Great job repairing my furnace BUT I looked up the price to purchase the motherboard ("integrated furnace control") for my Lennox furnace ($278.91) and it was $600 LESS than what I was charged on my bill. Now, I understand some mark up..... but $600???

Ray was very thorough with our furnace tune up/inspection and took the time to explain all steps along the way. I would definitely recommend Accu-Temp and will specifically ask for Ray in the future!

They came out after hours for an A/C malfunction without any pleading on our part. The response was excellent and the problem was resolved.

Needed replacement of our 25 year old furnace. Bob bid the job answering questions and explaining exactly what would be involved with installation. I got several more quotes before we decided to go with Accu-Temp. They weren't the lowest or highest bid but very fairly priced. Tim & Andy installed a Lennox furnace and it looks great! No mess left behind and the install exceeded my expectations. Very happy we went with Accu-Temp and will be using them for our future HVAC needs. Also my wife was home all day during install and she said Tim & Andy were very professional. Great to see a company that does such awesome work!

There was a big storm and our heating and cooling suddenly stopped working. Panicked with a 1 week old newborn and imminent cold temps in the future, we called Accu-Temp who were able to squeeze us in due to our situation. Ray helped us, he was amazing!! He identified the problem quickly, got the part on order right away, and gave us excellent tips for maintaining our system to have the best air quality for our baby. He is professional and personable, and a pleasure to work with! We love Accu-Temp, and will be very happy to continue to work with them for years to come.

I had an emergency and they were out and had me fixed up in under 4 hours. Great service and I felt like they did an honest job! Thank you!

Spring start up. Have not serviced in years and found a bad components and animal nest. Tech. did a good job of fixing and explaining.
