Don’t bother call this company! I set up an appointment agreed on date and time. 10 minutes before the appointment they said didn’t make sense to spend the time to quote as I already had proposals from other companies. Apparently a customer’s time is not worth anything as I set aside time for this appointment. Clearly they don’t have enough resources for the business. I explained my needs to there scheduler upfront.

Bob responded to my call very quickly (on a Saturday) and tried to help us by phone first. When that didn't work he told me he could be out here in a hour. Not only did he fix the issue, he checked to make sure that furnace wasn't having any other issues that could be bad. Bob was quick, kind, and honest. He is now my go to for my air and heating needs. Bob is awesome!!!!! I highly recommend Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning.

Came out day of issue (no heat) got right to it. Checked everything before concluding main board was bad. Did not mind me watching, explained what he was doing and made recommendations. Highly appreciated!

OUTSTANDING service! I called Saturday night w/ no heat and Bob came out on a winter storm warning night. He was here within a 1/2hr to work on my 27 year old furnace! I had Accu Temp come out and install my new Furnace and A/C system. Bob the owner made time to come out and give me an estimate outside of their normal times to work around my work schedule, as well as was honest and straightforward about pricing even when they weren't the cheapest bid that I had for the work. Due to the examples they had of the workmanship and the honesty/reputation they had, I ended up going with Accu Temp to get the work done and I am very impressed. The installation team was extremely professional and you can tell by the quality of workmanship that they take pride in the work they do. They also asked if I had any questions or input on the work they were doing and made absolutely sure I was satisfied with the work performed. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service from start to finish. Thank you to Bob and his team for the work performed.

After weekend power outage the furnace would not come on. I placed a call on Saturday evening. Bob called me and listened to the problem I had. He then asked if I was comfortable with trying a couple of things. I told him I was and he walked me through how to reset the limit switch and the furnace started working. This saved me an onsite service call. I have been using this company since I bought the house in 2002. Service like this will keep me coming back.

Fantastic local, small business. I have used them for our furnace needs in the past. I was experiencing some furnace issues this morning, Bob provided some successful tips over the phone and got it working without a service call! Highly recommend.
