Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

The fan on our outdoor unit somehow broke, I reached out to AccuTemp via email at 9pm and with a few back and forth a with pics and models numbers, by 815 I met Bob at the shop and he had my replacement. This is a great company who have now come through TWICE when my family needed them!

Installation of my new heat pump and furnace went smoothly.

Tech was cool. Thanks for getting my heat up and working. Paying $722 for a part all over the place that is less then $100 and 20 minutes of work plus the 2 minute $105 diagnose fee has me puzzled. Part is not expensive because its an odd ball part like i was made to feel. Guess you guys have a “Tee it hi and let it fly” attitude. Thanks again for being honest.

I have been using this company for over 3 years now to work on my Furnace and AC units. They have always went above & beyond! They truly CARE if you don't have Heat or AC. Accu-temp installed our new HVAC system and they were professional and very good about explaining how the new system works. They also left everything spotlessly clean. I can't rate the quality or value of the Lenox system until we have used it for a while.

I have used Accu-Temp many times in the past 10 years, most recently to replace my AC unit. I have always been impressed with their professionalism and courteousness, I have never felt uncomfortable with them in my home, and have always felt that they were giving me fair pricing and excellent service. I will continue to go back to Accu-Temp as long as I remain in their service area.

My neighbor is 86 years old and his AC stopped working last week during the very hot weather. I called Acutemp and explained the situation that he needed assistance as soon as possible. I was told they were extemely busy but would get back to me very soon. Within the hour the owner Bob called me back and sent his repairmen out to fix the unit. This was just outstanding. Made myself and my neighbor feel as though it was important not just to us but their company as well. If you want a responsible trusted company, they are the ones for you.
