Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

I was told I needed to replace my entire central air unit by another company and was given an estimate by said company. I decided to get another estimate and when I called I spoke with Bob. I explained the other companies diagnosis to him and it didn't make sense to him. We decided to set up an appointment for him to come look at my unit which I am extremely glad I did! Bob figured out what the real problem was within 15 minutes of being here and saved me thousands of dollars!!! I will never use another heating and cooling company again in my life. Thank you Bob!!!!!!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company was to our family! New years Eve, with a house full of out of town family staying for the weekend, our furnace flat out quit. The owner himself came to our aid, attempted to find parts to get us through the weekend, and ultimately we purchased a new furnace from the company. They went above and beyond to get techs to install it on their planned time off, were exceptional from start to finish in their service and professionalism, and were more than careful regarding cleanliness in the coldest week of the winter yet. Outstanding customer experience from from start to finish.

I called Accutemp after the the fire dept had turned off our boiler due to a CO leak(very scary if you don't have a detector please get one). They arrived within 45 min. of placing that call. Eric was fast, friendly and efficient. The very next week we unfortunately has another issue, this time on a Saturday, once again Accu-temp came through, and was there quickly. The tech was fantastic this time as well. This company is wonderful to work with, they are fairly priced, professional and took the time to explain everything they did to our boiler so I understood what was going on!! Thank you Accu-temp on a job well done. You have a customer for life!

This company is awesome! Our furnace went out, and we called Bob, the owner, and he came out at the time he said he would. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly, and extremely honest. They installed both my new furnace and A/C on two different days. Two different installer teams. Each team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my furnace cutting off due to overheating and Bob responded with 100% professionalism, fixed the issue and even called me the following day to make sure everything was working properly.

Air conditioner was being suspiciously noisy. Bob arrived exactly on time and knew immediately what was going on with my unit. Quickly got it running smoothly. Then checked everything and made sure the entire system was ship shape. Truly the most thorough service call I've ever experienced. Bob was an absolute delight and the fee was extremely reasonable. For heating or cooling issues, I'll never call anyone but Accu-Temp!

We recently had our 30 year old furnace decide to give trumpet concerts with no warning. Bob came out on an emergency run before Thanksgiving and got the motor oiled or greased--whatever magic stuff he uses--and quieted it down, but informed us we needed a new furnace. On Dec. 13 Tim and Andy arrived promptly at 8:30 and by 5 pm were finished. They are courteous, explained everything we needed to know.

High marks for customer service! I called them on a very cold Sunday after my furnace went out. I had a good idea what was wrong and Bob was very helpful in confirming my suspicions. He never pressured to have a service technician come out and even offered to make the 45 minute drive to open up his shop so I get the part I needed to fix it! I had it up and running in no time!
