If you read the reviews Some are good, some are bad. We had Accu-temp do a furnace inspection, price was high, the rep was arrogant and condescending. The furnace was in decent shape but he wanted to replace it. No way, I would give them any business.

Accu -temp is a great trustworthy company. I only regret not using our $25.00 coupon that was sent to us in the mail. My husband and I both forgot about it. Lol!! I always recommend Accu-Temp!!!

Accu-Temp is very fair and professional. Technician visits are on-time and very clean when work is completed. We have been customers for over 30 years.

On a Sunday, my parents (in their 70s) called and left a message in the middle of January for assistance. Their furnace wasn't operational. The company owner, Bob, returned their call promptly and despite being out of his service zone, he still drove out to service my parent's furnace.

My father has had several strokes and is not easy to have patience with, but Bob was very patient in both listening and explaining things clearly and fully to my Dad.

Having snowed, Bob was careful not to track snow inside their home as he went in/out to his service truck. He was very kind and respectful to my aging parents. He also politely fixed some of what my father had done in attempting to repair things himself. (old men are stubborn like that)

Overall, Accu-Temp was very professional and responsive on a cold Michigan weekend after-hours as well as patient with my elderly father. I would recommend Accu-Temp for any HVAC need.

We have used Accu-Temp for years until now. This time, a routine $129 furnace tuneup appointment discovered a bad flame sensor. Accu-Temp quoted $309 to replace it (on top of the $129). The flame sensor is a $30 part and takes less than five minutes to replace with a single screwdriver. I declined the service and replaced it myself. There is a difference between paying a service provider a fair price vs feeling like I'm getting taken advantage of. A call to the company to inquire about the astronomically high quote led to a very defensive conversation with the owner where he claimed it covered tax ($1.80?), labor (less than five minutes), and a one year warranty (which the purchased part came with anyway). He then claimed he had health insurance and gasoline to pay for. Well, so do I.

Great company to deal with our AC system was running but not blowing out cool air. They came out same day worked on our unit and got us back up & running quickly.

Ray did a great job and was very thorough. Nice guy and didn’t charge an arm and a leg and got the heat going again. Thanks Ray for being so personable

You will NOT find a better hvac company. They have met and exceeded my expectations with sales, instalation, routine maintenance, and service for 27 years. From the owner to the office staff to the field technicians, they are prompt, professional, competent, and fair every single time. Do not hesitate to call them.
