Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

Our belt broke on our 37 year old furnace in the middle of the night and called Accu-Temp after trying a couple other places w/ little to no response. Bob made us his 1st stop of the day and he was out here by 8:30am. Unfortunately, he did not have the correct belt on his truck so he put the universal belt (that broke) back together, made some adjustments to the motor and put it back on until we could get the correct size belt.
Here is the cool part - Bob told me where to go to get it myself to save some money and even took the time to show me what I needed to do to reinstall the new belt. He could have left, got the correct belt and tack on another 80 - 90 bucks, but he didn't. No high pressure sell for a new furnace, didn't even mention anything about it. Just a real nice honest guy. I highly recommend Accu-Temp for all your heating and AC issues.

We had a new furnace and new air conditioner installed by Accu-Temp on 06/04-06/05/20. The price was very competitive. Tim and Andy did an excellent job with the installation. They were so personable, nice, professional and knowledgeable. We really appreciated how quick they completed the job. Thank you!

First time using Accu-Temp as 85 degrees days were coming and the A/C went out. In probably one of the busiest times of the year I received a call back in 5 minutes, a tech at my house in less than 2 hours, and then they were able to find the part and fix everything within the afternoon. Couldn't be happier with the experience and the techs were both professional and great to work with. They will be my go to moving forward.

If I could give Bob a 10, I would. Sunday morning, my sister was here for a visit I get every 3-4 months and NO heat. 56 in the house. She thought I was saving on fuel oil. I called and Bob was out here in less than 1 1/2 hours, smiling, making jokes, and had no problem fixing our furnace in less than an hour we were toasty. So polite and efficient. I'd never switch. If your looking for the right company? You found it. I work for a hvac company in northern michigan, I came down to my mom's place for a visit and her furnace was out. It was around 5pm. Everyone was closed. All I needed was a small common part. I called everyone in the area of howell and Brighton and no one answered there phone. I unfortunately called Accu Temp last (should have called first). And he answered his phone 2nd ring! Super knowledgeable a knew exactly what I needed. I drove to him and purchased the part and talked about life for a bit. You have a lifetime customer for my mom's place. This world needs more people like you!. Thank you again so much! Called Bob last night after we got home to find our a/c took a dive. He got Eric out this morning and the blower motor was fixed and tuned-up in less than an hour. Best customer service around. Accu-Temp team was great from the first initial interaction all the way through to the finished installation of our new furnace, AC unit, water heater, and humidifier. Great team and wonderful service. New equipment looks great and would recommend them to anyone looking to get any heating and cooling work done!
