I sump pump system that didn't rely on power, a back-up battery, or motors – basements flood when those items fail. LMM installed a water-pressure based system and now I don't have to worry about power outages or dead batteries because my basement will stay dry no matter what.

I needed help figuring out a drain on a new bathtub installation. Found this company on google maps, it was the closest to my house. I called in the morning looking for help the same day, they couldn't offer anything right away so I left my number. They called me back within a couple hours offering an afternoon appt. I accepted and the tech was available earlier than planned. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions, extremely helpful and effective. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the service call, from scheduling to billing. And now I feel a great sense of ease knowing there is a team of able professionals, so close by, that I can rely on. Thanks, very much.

Adding more after another visit a year later;
I needed gas lines installed for a new cooktop and wall oven that had just been dry fit into place. Called Mon and within 15 mins got a Wed AM appointment. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and worked quickly with no mistakes. Again, I'm happy to have found this team of professionals to make the tricky things simple. Thanks again!

Kudos to Lake Michigan Heating and Cooling for coming out in 2 days of a phone call to find and fix a leak in the gas stove hookup. Also! had them knock out a furnace tune up while he was here. Since it was going too take two months for the other guys to come out. Mike was very friendly, helpful and explained everything perfectly. Would recommend again. Thanks!
