A few years agon LMM installed a new sump pump with a city water driven backup pump. Last night it was put to the test as the power went out while the pump was emptying the sump pit every 60-90 seconds. The city water backup sprung into action and kept our basement from flooding. Thanks for the great suggestion Daniel Vanderhyde, you saved our basement!

I’m sure they do a good job, but I recommend shopping around. Prices are around 2x what you should be paying. This is the new game in plumbing, but it’s not right.

Nigel was very thorough and informative about the why's and hows of each item he inspected. He was able to give us a correct diagnosis and solution after we had been told incorrectly our heat exchanger was cracked. When we do actually need a new furnace we will be calling Lake michigan heating and cooling. As well as every time in between.

Colton stopped over to the house to fix the air-conditioning. Very knowledgeable and professional. Recommend.

I was impressed with the response time, especially during a busy fall season. Our repairman, Jacob, was very polite and professional. He was very receptive to what we could afford and worked quickly on our two minor gas leaks. I appreciated all the extra supports he put in on some of our precarious pipe work.

Eli did a follow up of our new boiler/ hot water on demand unit and added some new parts. Another good job. We're very happy we went with Lake Michigan HCP.
