At first we had the technicians come out and take a look at our systems. The two gentlemen were very upfront and honest about the state of our HVAC system. They also took the time to explain and show us the areas of concern. Then, we were able to schedule an appointment to discuss our options for the following night. Once again we were impressed with their professionalism. To top it all off, they were able to install our furnaces, ACs and water heater the very next day! I am beyond impressed with this company and would highly recommend them for any of the services you need addressed. They have gone above and beyond with their customer service to include a thank you gift. One of the best experiences we’ve had!

I noticed around 8 pm on a Saturday that my furnace had stopped working and my home was becoming chilly.

A service person showed up by 9 pm with a pleasant disposition and energy ready for work despite the late hour on a weekend.

He was thorough, a good communicator, easy to interact with and got the necessary furnace repair done by 11 pm so that I was able to wake up to a warm home on Sunday morning.

What an amazing experience we’ve had with Grapids! From start to finish the process was wonderful. Todd came out within hours of calling to get a quote to upgrade our furnace and add AC to our home. Our furnace was over 20 years old functioning but a bit of a head scratcher. Additionally we needed to upgrade our electrical panel. Grapids was able to subcontract that for us too. Tyler and Eric came out the very next day (bright and early) and spent the day reconstruction our HVAC system. Prior to their arrival we decided to add a humidifier to the unit. The office was seemlessly able to add that to our work order. Todd swang back out to check in on the progress and make sure we were happy. Throughout the day several members of Grapid came through to bring supplies and check in. The stars of the show were definitely Tyler and Eric who worked until after 7pm to complete the HVAC job. They worked well together and I could overhear them as I graded papers upstairs. They treated each other with respect and humor. It was so refreshing to have work done in our home by such wonderful people. They even took the time to FaceTime with my husband who was at work to show the final product and answer all of his questions. Without hesitation I will recommend Grapids (specifically Todd, Tyler and Eric) to anyone!

Very professional, got to know us as a family and our needs. Was able to work with what we could afford and found a good price. Sales rep added in 400$ worth for plumbing that he thought was needed when he came out to give quote. A crew came out next day after agreeing to a price for New furnace and ac installation and was done by 3pm. They did not need a plumber, so I called and spoke with a manager and they reimbursed our 400$ that was added into our price. A week after installation(today), we received a wonderful assortment of decorated cookies with a card attached! Not only did they send the gift, the card on it had the correct spelling of my name which I thought was very personable, as most people see my name and go straight to spelling it Jordan(which it’s actually spelled Jordon). This little gesture may not seem much to anyone reading this, but it’s nice to see they paid attention to detail. Would highly recommend! Thank you Todd(sales rep) for working with us and our needs!

John the technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He was extremely patient in explaining things to me. John was on time and professional. This was our first time using this company and because John was so nice we will be going with them in the future!

From the first visit to the installation everyone was very respectful and polite and explained everything really well and we did not feel pressured! Everyone did a great job on making sure what we needed was right for our home. Highly recommend Grapids to everyone!

Fantastic service from the moment I made the first call. Schedulers were polite and kept me well informed.about my appointment. My service tech (Manalo) was awesome. He walked me through every aspect (with camera) of the inspection on both my furnace and AC. He explained things carefully and always made sure to ask if I had any questions before moving in. Very knowledgeable. Very professional.

Brandon with Grapids Home Services was amazing to work with. I scheduled an AC tune up to make sure my unit was good to go for the rest of the summer. Brandon walked me through everything in terms that I could understand, verified where I was all set and highlighted what I should keep an eye on moving forward. 10/10 experience, I’ll definitely hire Grapids Home Services next year and hopefully Brandon will be my technician again.

John M and Nate, came out for a main line clear for my home. They were prompt and professional and took care of all of my needs. Will definitely look forward to seeing them again if I ever have any plumbing needs. Thanks guys.

Seth was very nice , knowledgeable and explained the problem on our AC unit and the options . However when Molly came out, she was very nice, and very pushy, absolutely turn us both my husband and myself off. She was using everything she had to get us to buy the combo unit, heat and cooler. Not happening. Had a retired neighbor come and took care of the problem and it's running just fine. Save us thousands of dollars.
