Tanner came out within 24 hrs of the first call, gave our broken 19 yr old ac a good lookover and broke down repair options and costs. Clay came out a few hours later and gave us pricing and options for replacement. A couple days later, and we're back in business with a new ac that'll use less power than our old one (rip). I liked how quickly everything was taken care of, especially considering there was a weekend in there.

They did an amazing job in our house. Begging with Tanner who did the inspection. Very professional and nice. Shane came later to our house and did a great presentation meeting all our needs. The next day the crew came in the morning and they finished on time the installation of the new furnace, AC and water heater. Brent, Brady and Jim were super friendly and professional as well. Timely service , heating completely down and this crew was on it! Installation crew was great. I have a complex system and they figured it all out with no complaints. Appreciated final walk through making sure I knew how to operate and care for new system. Thanks Nick and Thomas!

We had one free tune ups at the Home Show. John came out today and completed these giving us a detailed run down of our furnace, water heater, and AC unit. He also went over options. He was very professional and informative.

Conner arrived right on time and was very friendly, respectful, and professional.
He was very clear in explaining the current functioning of our systems and when reviewing recommendations for additional maintenance options.

I was happy with the service and final product, but not so much the sales rep. They were EXTREMELY pushy and aggressive. After they left we really felt like we got talked into buying a new furnace that we didn’t really need. Gave us an icky feeling like we had been tricked.

I had an 18yr standard 40gal water heater that went out. I called Grapids, which I found via internet. Called them Monday morning to start what I thought would be a forever process in todays world! Called them at 1230pm. By 230pm someone was at my home. After we covered all my options, I chose tankless. ITS awesome by the way! Within 24hrs after my consult, I had a new system installed. I must also mention. I wasn’t home for the install. Though this is my first experience with this company, they have my vote and 5 stars for service and simple courtesy! Thanks Grapids.

Are you kidding me...... My furnace broke down Saturday,I called them Monday around three pm.I had a excellent two team service duo come out and examine my 40 year old furnace.... unfixable..... I had a wonderful salesperson come out and gave me an estimate on a new furnace and air conditioner.We had a bargaining exchange , I felt good about it, by three o'clock Tuesday they had everything installed and ready to enjoy......24 hours. Nice service from a extremely pleasant staff from office worker to installers.
