Excellent service from Connor. I recently had a furnace tune up and he checked everything out, and then gave me a detailed report of how my furnace was doing. Super nice guy, and very professional. 10/10 would recommend.

My furnace was acting up and I knew I had an old system including the AC that would need to be replaced at some point. GRapids was quick to come out when I called and were able to get me a next day install as well. GRapids did a great job of working with me to get the best value for my budget, they use quality materials and were very professional. We had a couple of minor aesthetic bits that I had them come back for but they were very quick to respond and resolved those quickly to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. I would certainly recommend GRapids in the future.

Edit: unrelated to the previous work, needed a gas line valve replaced a few months later and grapids came right out and helped me! Great company!

Jay came here to take a look at our upstairs bathroom water leak. He came on time, quickly identified the source, determined water escape paths and suggested accordingly. He is definitely a good plumber and more importantly a GREAT human!!

Melissa went above and beyond during my furnace inspection. She had to bring a ladder in to access the attic and go to my basement crawl space to inspect my hot water heater. She clearly explained my warranty. Great job!

As usual, Nick was great. He got everything inspected and went over what he found. He is always very professional, kind and informative. I never feel like he is rushing through anything.

Timely, polite, clean; however, we were told the electrician would finish the job in the next couple of days. He never called and we were leaving in three days for vacation, hence it still isn’t fixed until about 12 June. Other than that, great company.

I’ve used them several times. Always show exactly on time. No games, just fixes the problem. Well tell you about options/upgrades, but never pressure you into getting them. Price are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Told me heat exchanger and inducer motor were bad on a 10year old furnace. Also said water heater needed to be replaced (10 years old as well). Wanted twice the price for water heater as other places $4k for a water heater? Had another heating and cooling place over for a 2nd opinion. They said everything is fine with furnace and water heater. $2k for water heater if I wanted to replace it. All the customer service reps and management from Grapids have been very nice and understanding with my questions on these issues. They did there best to explain but not enough explanation to spend twice as much on a water heater some day down the road.
