Used Grapids for system tune up and cleaning 5/5/2023(AC, Furnace, Hot Water Heater). Excellent service, provided multiple options and recommendations. Technician was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Costs for filter change was not discussed prior to change, was taken back by the over charge for replacing air filters while conducting the annual preventative maintenance.
I will not use this company again for PM or filter changes.
On-site repairman was friendly and courteous

Conner did a very efficient cleaning of my AC condenser coil. It was quite dirty as I have a maple tree near the unit with lots of seeds each spring. He answered all of my questions and gave me tips to help the unit stay clean and last longer.

Brandon was

2) Very good for the company with alot of honest work.
I would like to say that Brandon was very easy with explaning how he was going to proceed with my HVAC equipment and take care of it every 6 months with the service plan I signed up for.
I recommend Brandon to everyone that needs HVAC work done.

Technician Nick was very professional. Showed up on time, explained thoroughly what services he would be performing, and explained repair options. Was able to perform same day repairs after completing our inspection and installed new motor quickly.

Conner was pleasant, efficient and helpful.
With his help we found out that the 3M filter had the arrow indicating which way the air should flow going the wrong way, which could have been a costly repair if left as it was.
He was informative and professional, as all of the employees have been from there.

Jay quickly figured out what needed to be done and replaced necessary pipes. He was very nice, explained what he was doing and answered any questions. Would recommend.
