Matt was excellent. We had a problem with lack of air going to one part of the house, and he took his time to troubleshoot and find the cause (a broken damper that was stuck closed). He was thorough and explained everything clearly. He was not pushy and didn't try to sell me aanything. I would recommend Matt and Grapids again.
Also did a very thorough evaluation/maintenance of our HVAC system.

Was a great experience. She called to let me know that she was on her way. She was on time when she arrived to my house. She was very friendly. She thoroughly explained everything to me. She did a free fix on some thing that was running slow was overall a great experience. Definitely recommend lidia , a great representation for her company .

I found out from my neighbor that her basement flooded due to the hot water heater leaking. A few days before that I’d received an email from Grapids with a coupon for a $50 price for a water heater flush. Since I’d moved into this condo a little over a month ago and didn’t know the condition of my water heater and didn’t look forward to any mishaps, I decided to call Grapids.
Brandon came to my house to do the water heater flush. After checking the date on it, he explained why it couldn’t be done due to the age…14 years old. But he did check out the condition of the heater by removing a part so that he could take pictures of the corrosion and deterioration of the heater. In the midst of all this he helped me find our cat when he saw how upset was- thinking the cat had run off while the door was opened. That relaxed me enough to listen to what he was telling me…he had my undecided attention.
After speaking with Brandon’s supervisor and coming to an agreeable cost to replace the heater, plans were made for replacement the very next day. The Grapids techs were here at the exact promised time and were informative and professional from the beginning. They covered their shoes and the floor from the entrance to the utility room. They kept me informed regarding water shutoffs in case I needed to alert my building neighbors. They cleaned up after themselves and I have a new, performing, safe hot water heater and will wake up every morning knowing that I will have hot water.

Nolan came and did routine maintenance for our furnace, water heater, and A/C unit. He was on time, very professional, and very knowledgeable. We felt like he was honest with us rather than giving us a sales pitch for things we didn’t need. Highly recommend!

Our tech was very friendly and professional. Took the time to explain everything and make sure we understood what was going on. We have been with them for years now and have never had a bad experience, they always get to us fast when we have problems that they need to help with. Their monthly service plan is cheap, includes 2 yearly cleanings/inspections and includes free service calls 24/7

This company was wonderful at taking both our very old furnace and old AC unit out, and replacing them after measuring our home and giving us proper sized units (the old units were both too small for our space)! They were on time, and the staff were SO courteous of our home They cleaned up SO well afterwards you could not tell they had been there! Highly recommend them!!
