Melissa was Excellent! I am a newer home owner so don't know much about this stuff but she explained as she went along and in the end I found as home owners we can keep our systems running properly by simply having our furnace/AC cleaned and inspected yearly. I would rather be proactive to keep them running than have to buy new systems costing several thousands of dollars.

The service provided today was top notch. The young man (I forgot his name) he was friendly, professional and very thorough. He explained everything that he did and made recommendations to me what I can do to keep my systems running well. I am very pleased with GRapids. Will highly recommend to others. 🙂

Arrived on schedule. The technician was polite, professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my property, and went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable with all the procedures. He was very helpful in every dimension.

The only reason for four rather than five stars is that I feel the company is trying to upsell with the addition of more equipment. Granted, the recommended surge protection system and compressor saver are good to have, but these items, combined, cost almost $600.

The technician Kyle that came out to my home was great, very thorough explanation of the A/C, furnace, and hot water heater systems and how they work. Also spent a great amount of time showing me how to properly maintain the systems. He even installed a free furnace filter. I’d gladly call them again, and will most certainly request Kyle, he is that good!

We were having issues with our ac in my home, so i called around and most places were booked. I came across grapids and they got me a technician to come out same day!!!!! Melissa our technician was very through and answered any questions me and my fiancé had. i really appreciated her help and the quick responses from the company. great first impression!

The tech came out to check my system that would run at all. I handed him my wireless thermostat he turned it on and the system started up on the spot. I called him a magic man. He ran his diagnostic checks and checked my furnace too. Found nothing wrong. Said it might be a bad signal between my wireless thermostat and its connection box to the system. Needless to say.. it has worked perfectly fine since.

Appreciate the great customer service! Brandon did our annual tune-up and is an excellent service technician. He is extremely knowledgeable as well as kind, considerate and patient in making sure all our questions were answered.

Grapids installed humidifier at my house. The crew was professional and took care at maintaining a clean project. They confirmed that I was pleased with what was done, reviewed how the system worked, how to maintain and if I had any questions.

Very happy WITH GRAPIDS Home Service, I had central air installed, and a power panel upgrade done, and the crew was very good, and they asked if I had any questions throughout the installation, I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others. I also had a sleeve liner placed In my sewer Line, and they were just as professional, so thanks to Grapids for hiring great people.
