ProTech was amazing! Put us on the schedule right away and made the process of switching to a new AC unit so easy! They worked fast and efficiently even in 90+ Temps. We appreciated all their hard work and will be going to bed in a cool house!

We had a dryer vent issue and PRO - tech did a great job of replacing the damaged pipes from many years of being used. The dryer is MUCH happier to be running now 😊

I had a furnace installed a year ago, then had an Air Conditioner this year. Both jobs were excellent, also had a water heater installed also. This company goes above n beyond! My 98 year old Grandmother's heater stopped working unexpectedly. Pro-tech had a tech out the same day to check on the problem. They determined that because of the age and unavailability of parts, the heater needed to be replaced. Justin and Kevin showed up the very next day and had the new heater installed within 8 hours. They were very courteous, professional, and respectful of my grandmother and her space. They took the time to do things safe and correctly, explaining the entire process along the way. They installed a new heat run, an intake and exhaust, condensation pump and line, as well as upgrading out hot water heater exhaust and chimney liner, all in 8 hours. Very effecient, and they left everything cleaner than they found it. They even took time to show me all the work they did, where all the shutoffs were, how to change the filter, etc. I appreciate very much the great quality, fast turn around, and excellent customer service.

I love that when you call a real person answers on the first ring. They service older furnaces without pushing to replace them, which we really appreciated. Of course ours went out during storm, however they were still able to fit us into their schedule. Just going through their reviews, have you ever seen so many five star reviews anywhere? How outstanding do you have to be in this world of complaining about everything, to get so many amazing reviews? They should take a bow. 😊
