Pro-Tech Heating & Cooling

We had an issue with our furnace last night. Friday nite of course! I’ve delivered to pro tech a couple times in the past and had one of Andy’s cards. One call and one of the nicest techs was on his way. Kevin was not only professional but kind,courteous and respectful. We are now customers of pro tech. Thanks again for being here for us! So nice to see and talk with someone so in touch with his company. Keep up the great work Kevin!!

We had Kevin come out to our house next day at 8:00am (had option for same day but it worked out better for us for next day) for furnace repair. He was very courteous, respectful and responsible. Diagnosed and repaired within an hour. I would most certainly recommend him for your heating needs. Price was also very reasonable as well. Thank you!

The team installed a new furnace and AC unit in our house and of course were as professional and thorough as they usually are. Installation turned out great and we are very pleased with how everything turned out. Hands down would recommend Pro Tech for all of your heating and cooling needs.

We use Pro Tech for our quarterly maintenance on our commercial business. They are responsive, have excellent technicians and have been wonderful to schedule appointments with. I highly recommend them.

This is the 4th major project we’ve done with Pro-tech and the 4th time they have blown us away in every way possible. I initially called for service on an existing unit with which I was having challenges with. I contacted Pro-Tech about 9:00pm on a Sunday Evening via email requesting a service visit the next day between 1:00 and 4:00pm. The next Morning I received a call acknowledging receipt of the email and letting me know a Service Tech would be calling on his way out between 1:00 and 4:00.

The Service Tech Brian called and showed up about 2:00. I was not there but my wife was. Brian diagnosed the problem and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision as how to proceed. He was able to provide a quote on repairs vs replacement. He set an appointment for the Sales Representative Lance the next day.

Lance called on his way to the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time with prepared information to make our time productive. I was able to confidently place an order at that meeting. Later in the afternoon He called me with an installation date two days later on a day I requested due to time off.

The Installers Gage and Kevin showed up on time on the installation day and went over what they would be doing. I had to leave for 1 1/2hrs. and left them to work on the installation.

When I returned the installation was near completion. Kevin thoroughly went over the new Programable Thermostat and set my heating temperature and cooling temperature. Gage was completing the pressure check while Kevin and I were talking. Gage was very informative and answered my questions thoroughly.

The installation was neat, clean and I thought quick. I was so impressed with the quality of the service I signed a Maintainece Contract on my Furnance, Air Conditioner and Water Heater. Gage assisted me with the Agreement to be sure it was complete.

Neva and Sierra in the office were very knowledgeable. They provided information so I was again able to make an informed decision on the Maintenance Agreements.

Overall I am extremely impressed with the Quality Service, Responsiveness and Commiment to Excellence that I experienced with the Team at Pro-Tech. A special note of Thanks to the Service Tech Brian for letting me know what he could do and more importantly what he could not do. His knowledge, honestly and willingness to get answers (he called for information while there) made a Sale and more importantly a Satisfied Client.

I highly recommend Pro-Tech for Quality Service, Fair Prices and Great Products. You will not be disappointed.

Called ahead, and were friendly and professional. Erik was quick and helpful as well. Provided good advice for the future and how to maintain our ducts from getting as dirty as they were. I would reccomend to anyone and I will use them as my go to local business if i have any needs they can meet.

Absolutely fantastic service from Pro-Tech! Our heat went out at 8:15pm and was fixed by 9:45pm. From call to finish of service, Kevin was very professional. He took the time to explain our issue and provided tips to prevent it from happening again. This was extremely helpful and much appreciated. With having a 1 year old we were concerned about the issue, but Kevin and Pro-Tech took care of it right away!

I called Pro-Tech because they had installed our furnace several years ago, so I knew they did quality work. The clean and check service the technician performed was prompt and thorough. We also appreciate the company's support of our country's military.
