Pro-Tech Heating & Cooling

Our furnace went out just before the New Year weekend and we had family coming over. We called David at Pro-Tech and he got his team mobilized and within 2 hours Scott and his crew were at our house with a new Amana furnace! Scott and crew pulled out the old and installed the new. They were great! The price was right, and everything was installed neat and clean. Very much appreciate the team effort to turn a potential disaster around!

These guys were professional and did a great job. The used blankets while walking through my house and were very polite. I hired them for a new furnace and AC unit. Everything looks great and they answered all of my questions. They walked me through the venting for the new high efficiency furnace and explained my new humidifier. They also helped with the rebates and do the warranty filing for you. Great experience.

Draft motor went out on our furnace (right before bed of course). Couldn’t fix the issue myself, so I called ProTech on the recommendation of a family member. Called at 7:45am and they were here 30 mins later. Diagnosed the problem, tried repairs first to see if there was an inexpensive fix, but determined we needed a new blower. They had the parts in stock, and for a brand they don’t install. Had the heat going again by 9:45. Very happy with the experience. The technician, Zach, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Sold me on ProTech by how well he did his job. Very impressive, great experience for what could have been a huge headache. Thanks Zach and ProTech!

Update: after a great experience referenced above, I called them back to prep the furnace for the winter. Sean came, did a great job, was professional, kind, and good with our dogs. Glad I gave them repeat business.

When I called on Sunday to the “emergency” line I was given the option for weekend/after hours service or wait and get on the books. Emily was able to get me on the books next day. She was funny and considerate on the phone. Sean came out and was kind and efficient. He was able to repair our furnace, and in a very timely manner. Very grateful for the ease of the process from start to finish. Thank you all.

Had a great experience with Pro-Tech when our old A/C unit died. We called a few places the evening it stopped working and Pro-Tech was the first to respond. Brandon was here within 15 minutes. Knowing the condition of our old unit, I expected him to look it over and say there is nothing he can do. Instead he tried everything to get it running, working in extreme heat and humidity. When it became apparent that resuscitation was not going to happen we scheduled to get an estimate on a replacement. Lance came out the next day and was very informative in explaining our options. We had other estimates but felt best going forward with Pro-Tech. The following morning, Zach and CJ were at the door at 8am as promised. They were friendly, respectful of our house, explained everything, and answered all my questions. They had everything installed and looking great quickly and we were soon on our way back to a more comfortable temperature. I can’t think of anything they could have done better.

We got Pro Techs info from a family member who recommended them to us. We contacted them and they had a rep out to our house in the first 48 hours of us calling them. He was nice, detailed and easy to communicate with and wasn’t pushy at all about trying to sell us something we didn’t need/want. We would use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who asked for a heating and cooling company.

I left a 5 star review 1 year ago after having had yearly, routine furnace checks done for a few years. I was happy with their professional Service Technicians and their prompt and friendly Customer Service/Office staff who are exceptional at timely and thorough communication.

I am updating my review with some detail as I have since had my ducts cleaned in the Fall (2020) and recently had service done to my VERY old furnace that stopped working early on a cold, January (2021) morning. I am happy to say that my 5 star review stands. I was very happy with my duct cleaning and my furnace maintenance. The Techs that came out were professional, helpful, thorough and maintained exceptional communication before and throughout my service call. I also appreciated their explanation of charges before doing any work to allow for any questions or clarification on what they were doing - this goes for both the duct cleaning and furnace repair.

As a final/side note during the pandemic, for those that are curious: all Tech's that came out did mask up before entering my house, which I appreciated.

I have recommended Pro-Tech to many friends and family in the area and will continue to use them myself.

I have used Pro Tech for several years now. Their service technicians have always been professional and have never hesitated to answer any questions I have. They put the customer first and what they want! They installed a new furnace for me when I bought my house and spent a good amount of time walking me through the unit and how it works. I will be using them for any heating or cooling work I need done. I recommend this company to anyone looking for any work they need done.
