Pro-Tech Heating & Cooling

Pro-Tech is top notch. I submitted an inquiry for a new furnace quote after hours, and within 4 minutes received a call to schedule an appointment. During his visit lance carefully explained the various options for new furnaces and components, and was not at all pushy or "salesy." I had another HVAC company quote the job, and Pro-Tech was by far the lowest price. Communication with Sierra and Justin was great throughout the process, and the install techs (Jake and Trevor) were very informative, professional, and accommodating. Jake informed me that the water heater exhaust vent and chimney liner was too small and not up to code (potential health and safety hazard), and offered to get it taken care of while they were there for the furnace. A quality, trustworthy operation all around.

Sean was incredibly informative! He walked me through step by step the details of his work. I felt very confident in keeping my AC in working order and now know the ins and outs it. I would fully recommend!

Very quick and responsive. The tech(John) was awesome. He was here during the winter too and fixed a heating problem. Quickly diagnosed the problem with our central air and fixed it. Had our house cooling down in less than an hour. Even check filters and replaced the dirty ones before leaving. All for a very reasonable and affordable price.

We received several quotes for AC, and at the end of the day, this was the only company we considered to do the job. Our house is 150+ years old, and therefore has some nuances to plan around. This was the only company that really seemed to focus on what we wanted in terms of AC needs while working around the restrictive historical guidelines. They bent over backwards, were kind and responsive, and competitively priced. We're very excited not to roast this summer, and not to roast in style.

Pro-tech came to our home within 4 hours of calling for service on our water heater. It was then diagnosed & a replacement water heater was installed next day! We are so thankful for their expertise, promptness, and genuine care. Both Kevin & Trevor did a wonderful job installing and taking care of the issue. We would highly reccomend Pro-tech!

We had a problem with our propane fireplace and after calling several heating and cooling companies, I finally found one that still works on them.

Pro-tech came to our home, diagnosed cleaned and figured out the problem.
After ordering a part on back order they came back and promptly fixed our fireplace.

We were happy with the service from Pro-Tech. From the first call to the follow up email, everyone was professional, helpful and responsive. I will definitely reach out to them in the future an will recommend them to family and friends.

I received a call from another company offering me a $29 Full System Check on our furnace. We have had work done by Pro-Tech last year so I called them to see if they could come and check our our furnace. Kevin came today and did a full system check on our furnace and was very thorough and answered all our questions and was very neat and clean with his work. We feel that the "little" more that we paid was well worth what we received, and will always be using Pro-Tech for all our heating and cooling needs and issues. Thank you for a great job!

I recommend this company highly. I simply chose them because of their 5 star review and it's easy to see how they got it. Our A/C quit working this evening so I gave them a call and got Kevin. He was so friendly and explained service fee to me since it was after hours and on a weekend. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem for us. We were afraid we would have to get get a new unit as ours is soooo old, but he was easily able to change the part we needed. I will absolutely call on them in the future and send my family and friends to them as well. Thank you Pro-Tech!!!
