The furnace went out during a really cold week and Sakocius got a new furnace installed quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. We certainly appreciate the tech and the office team. Thanks guys!

Owner was quick to respond and gave us space heaters while he switched our propane line out for the new natural gas. He also refitted our 2 furnaces to accept the new fuel. Great job as he even bought matching paint to disguise the exterior pipe to our house!

Three years ago I hired Bryan to replace my 40+ year old water heater. He quoted a reasonable price and did a great job with the install. Fast forward to about a month ago and the water heater began to fail. He determined that it needed to be replaced (very rare that it would fail that soon into it's life), got a brand new water heater under warranty and replaced it for a very reasonable installation cost. I would definitely recommend them!

We had out min-split installed in August of 2020 after 3 reschedules, which we gave them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID-19. Noticed water damage coming through our ceiling 2 summers later (august 2022). We peered in the attic and noticed that insulation was pushed off of the copper pipe during install and we were unable to correct it on our own. Contacted Sakocius about just going in and fixing the insulation, not asking for the ceiling to be repaired or anything. We scheduled but they rescheduled 3 times and then told us it doesn't even fall under any warranty when I mentioned it. They then told us we could contact someone else to do it, even though it was their mistake on install. Their quotes report "100% satisfaction guarantee and lifetime workmanship warranty" however they do not stand by this. They are not even responding to me anymore and all we would like is for them to come by and put the insulation over the pipe that is exposed so we don't get more mold and damage. We do not have open access to our attic so we can't do it ourselves.

Bryan was amazing!! I woke up to a freezing house. So I contacted him and he came out that afternoon. He was able to diagnosis and fix the issue in less than half an hour. The pricing was very reasonable and I appreciated the quick response. Highly recommend!

Did great installing my furnace. But asked for an ac tune up and he cancelled 3 times (2 times were the am an hour before the appointment time & one was due to the weather which was understandable) but twice his truck was “in the shop” so he needed to reschedule and a discount was promised. I asked him to let me know another day to reschedule and never got back with me about it. I ended up going with another company and will from now on.

Bryan and Tony came to our rescue one evening during the bitter cold weekend when we came home to no heat. Assessed the damage, and gave us several options to discuss. They provided space heaters for us to use over night, which kept our bedroom nice and toasty. We ended up replacing our furnace and they came as soon as they could and were done that day. We now have heat and are super satisfied with this company's efficiency and professionalism!

Neighborhood business I'm proud to support. Fast, friendly, fair. Same day visit. Talked me through the whole process. Didn't charge me for or try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Fixed my issue immediately. Gave me advice on how to extend the life of my AC unit. I called around this am before I made an appointment, he has the most reasonable service fee of just $55.00. Highly recommend.
