Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling, Plumbing

Daniel and Mary-Claire were excellent! I called in the morning and they were at my house to replace the water heater by early afternoon (other businesses couldn't get to me for 1 to 2 weeks). They worked very efficiently, were finished within 2 hours, left the work area cleaner than it had been, and taught me a lot about water heaters during the process. The price was higher than other businesses had quoted me over the phone, but I chose to go with Lake Michigan because I didn't want to go without hot water in the cold weather. A big thank-you to Daniel and Mary-Claire.

Nigel did an amazing job assessing our issues and walking thru solutions. He was extremely knowledgable and trustworthy. Definitely represented Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling and Plumbing well and we look forward to working with them!!!

We couldn’t be happier with Lake Michigan Mechanical! They did an excellent job installing a new furnace and air conditioning unit in a timely manner and were very professional and respectful of our house while there. They also cleaned up after themselves each day. The communication of this large job before, during and after installation was also impressive. Eli and Chris helped me winterize and re-open a property that had been vacant and worked with me regarding an issue with city water. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing help.

Mary Claire Leidel installed our new HVAC well but needs to be retrained on Customer Service. When the installation was complete I called her that afternoon to let her know the HVAC was not kicking on and her response was passive aggressive and rude. She had stated the system was resetting and I should give it 5 minutes but then when on to make me feel like I was wasting her time and sarcastically offered to turn around if my wife and I felt that this minor thing was still a significant issue. I informed her that I had just spent thousands of dollars at their Company and didn't really need the attitude I just needed the HVAC to work.

Overall, outside of the unnecessary remarks, this company's other personnel were professional, they was on time, and fast with the installation though their price point is high compared to other competitors in the area (the other company's had a longer wait time for installation though).

Responsive, professional, great service. They fix things right the first time around. I've used them for several years. They're on time and communicate clearly. Always leave the site clean when they're done.

Showed up early. We called them this morning to fix our garbage disposal. They said they could be there between 2 & 4. They called to be able to come early. Fixed the problem. Doubled checked their work and were on their way. They did what they said they were going to do and did not leave a mess. These guys do good work. Eli was our repair tech and we have had him several times before. He is very trustworthy and gets it right.
