I’m so happy with the work Chris did installing my new hot water heater! He was on time, and worked quickly to get me back to having hot water! He was professional and didn’t leave a mess. I feel price was fair and I highly recommend this company.

Great service and communication. Service tech came out (Cole) and did a thorough job of inspecting my AC system and making recommendations (no pressure). Guided me through a thermostat upgrade as well. Highly recommended and love they support the charity Folds of Honor.

Mary called to let us know she would be early by two hours! When she arrived, she was professional, and informative about my furnace replacement options. She also repaired the furnace (20 years old) so we had a little life left to hold us until replacement.

She was quick to schedule our Monday appointment.

Daniel did a great job explaining the varying efficiency systems. He made me aware of a rebate that would allow me to keep the price of a unit within range of the first I chose. He called Synchrony Bank on my behalf twice, helping me get my account number to my existing credit line.

Both were outstanding. Highly recommended!

Marry and her partner, whose name I did not get, installed our furnace, and prepared us for our AC installation.

A third, Nigel, walked me through my AC options clearly. He also took care of editing my prior transaction, and he listened to my concerns to make sure other aspects of the transaction were done correctly. He was very patient. He also brought the AC component, and didn't forget to lock our backyard gate. They all kept the house clean. My basement looks better than before.

I have had LMHCP out to my house twice now and subscribe to their awesome maintenance plan! both time they have given me a call when on the way, been on time, very clean, thorough, and broke down recommendations for good, better, and best. I appreciate them answering my questions and breaking it down to terms I understand! Highly recommend!

Had water heater issues. Called Daniel and he sent a tech to come look about an hour from our initial call. Chris came out and determined water heater was no good and he and Daniel had it replaced and brought up to code within 2 hours. I’ve had them do previous work in my home and they’re always my first call due to timely service and professionalism. Total down time without hot water was maybe 4 hours. Great work.

Jake came out and replaced a toilet for my company, he was super-fast, detail oriented, and did a great job of explaining exactly what needed to be done, he also did a great job of making it happen! Now we finally have a working toilet after not having one for months. Thanks again, Jake :)

Eli came out to fix an error made by a different company in venting a toilet, reconnecting an exterior spigot that was terminated by accident, and fixing our main bath showerhead that was turning on when the diverter was not engaged. We were really happy with how quickly the work was scheduled, and Eli's thoroughness in resolving the issues. When one attempt to correct the venting problem didn't fully fix the toilet gurgling noise, he came back to troubleshoot and try a different method that did work. We expect to hire them again soon for repairs in our basement bathroom :)

I have worked with many of their employees and directly with Daniel. I am impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction and doing the job right the first time. I know many people who have used their service and heard nothing but great comments. They provide a quality product and are very experienced in the heating and cooling field. They are also one of very few contractors who specialize in Boilers. If you need great service, give them a call!!

Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling & Plumbing provided excellent service on Friday 1/20/23. I called about a clogged drainpipe at 9am and was able to schedule a visit for that day. Following the call I received an email confirmation, which was much appreciated. Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling & Plumbing also called me 20 minutes prior to the visit to alert me they were on the way.

Chris provided great service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and cleared the clog promptly.

I will definitely call on Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling & Plumbing again and just referred them to my sister, who is looking for a plumber.
