The folks of Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling, Plumbing were great. Nigel stopped over and explained what the best situation would be for replacing our old boiler and hot water heater. He set us up with a high efficiency boiler and hot water on demand unit. He explained to us how it worked, how it would be installed, and how it would save us money for heating our home and for our hot water usage. Then when we hired them to install the unit the ladies at the office were great about scheduling us as soon as possible to install the unit as temps were going to be very cold. Eli, Aydin, and Dan came over to install the unit and did a bang up job. Very professional. Eli answered any questions I had and when they were done I was very happy with the installation.

My son Steve Wiltz referred me when my furnace quit working in the middle of the night. From when Daniel took my call until Nigel Adkins had my furnace happily heating again, I was treated with the respect and kindness. Nigel's knowledge reassured me that I was in good hands. It's great to know that LM heating/cooling/plumbing values customer service! They are my new go to business!

Called Lake Michigan Heating to assist with a business issue; customer had a broken drain line and blamed my field team for breaking it. Lake Michigan Heating worked with me to get the broken line fixed for the customer. Colton was the responding tech and was very professional and did a great job on the installation, saving my company money and making the customer happy.
I also had Lake Michigan Heating out to my personal home for an AC unit quote, and the tech gave us great recommendations based on our home and didn't just try to sell us the top price appliances. He even looked at other systems such as our furnace and gave some options and recommendations for that.
Overall experience was very positive, and will definitely work with Lake Michigan Heating for future issues at home and for work!

Jake was on time and professional. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed my problem and offered a couple options for repair. He explained the pros/cons of each option and quickly did the repair. I will have no hesitation calling and requesting Jake for any repairs in the future.

Not only was Chris able to fix the problem, he also was conscientious in walking me through why this occurred and how to help prevent in the future. On top of that, he was tidy and efficient throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend.

Furnace went down after hours, I called and they were able to send an on call technician to come out within the hour. Very professional and knowledgeable, had the problem diagnosed and repaired very quickly. Super friendly service and a great price.

We had an issue late at night. Eli was at our house by 9am. He was able to diagnose the issue and get started by using a snake in the drain and resetting the toilet. Very nice, informative and professional. Did great work and cleaned up thoroughly before he left. Highly recommend. Little pricy but we had after hours rate.

Sara was very pleasant and incredibly helpful in getting us scheduled same day on a Friday afternoon. She called me twice (I missed the calls but she did what she said she’d do!) to let me know that Chris and Aydin were on their way. Sure enough they showed up promptly and were very professional and nice I felt comfortable letting them in without my hubs being home yet. They arrived at lunch time which I wasn’t expecting but Chris said they wanted to come right away because we had no water. Wow - amazing service!

After checking things out he provided us with some options ranging from fixing it to replacing it with a couple of different sizes and types of tanks. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough he was, especially for a younger guy (I’m in my 50’s so I guess it’s all relative - LOL). We opted to replace it. They got working on it right away (I don’t even know how they had time to eat lunch!). They were very efficient with a pleasant demeanor. We are thrilled that they were able to help us so soon. Especially when the company we previously used and bought the hot water heater & entire HVAC system from couldn’t even come out until the weekend.

Unbelievable excellent service! We will use them again, and plan to as he’s coming back with a quote on something else we inquired about. This will be our go to company going forward. Chris and Aiden came promptly to trouble shoot water leakage around the furnace, air conditioner drain pipe. They answered our concerns above and beyond. Thank you for such expertise in resolving our problem to the full extent possible during their visit.
