Superb!! We had an unfinished basement that we were now finishing, and we worked with Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling, Plumbing to plumb a bathroom, connect a water line, and install HVAC ducts & vents. Every interaction from quote to completion was extremely prompt and professional, and feedback is always requested after every service. The quality of service is excellent meeting expectations.

Great group of people! We hired them to install central air, and every time I've dealt with them they've been awesome. We have a duplex, and they showed up with a team of people and were in and out.

Before 1:30, both sides were completely installed, cleaned up, and they were gone. Everyone that showed up were really kind, courteous and professional. Whether you get Nigel, Mary Clare, Mike or Daniel, you'll be in good hands!

Don't expect that they'll always show up with a whole team of people though. That's just how it worked out in this particular instance. Again, cannot recommend them enough!

Mary Claire, the service tech, really seemed to know what she was doing—and she got it done! Super grateful for the timeliness as well. Emma and Sarah, the office staff were really helpful in communicating clearly and making sure we got the appointment when we needed it, even though we were on a tight deadline. Thanks so much to the whole team!

Sarah, went out of her way to accommodate our scheduled gas stove installation. Mary Claire and Marcus came to install a gas vent pipe to our gas stove, they examined the area to search out any possible problems, explained the whole process, stayed late to get the job done, all while being professional and pleasant. I’m so glad we used Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and will definitely use them again. Thank you all for your hard work and for making it work.

The prices are threw the roof. $400 to replace the washing machine spigots. The most expensive spigot is $12. So that equals $375 for labor? $750 to replace outside spigot. The frost free spigot is $55. $700 labor? labor prices are $1400 a hour? Not sure what was going on. Does the company know what the technician is charging? Will have this experience in my conversation for a very long time.

Nigel and company are the real deal. They are very courteous, very prompt, efficient, cost effective and fixed our cooling problems right away. From the minute I spoke to Alyssa in the office- I knew that I was dealing with professionals. I highly recommend Nigel. He was super professional both on the phone to report his arrival time and at the actual inspection/quote. He was helpful, honest and ready to get to work. We are very happy with their service and how quickly they could come to fix the problem. I will be recommending them to everyone!

She did very well! Installed insulation perfectly and efficiently! Made sure everything was done very well and even made a second trip to improve insulation! I highly recommend Mary and Lake Michigan heating and cooling!
