We have relied on Lake Michigan Heating, Cooling, Plumbing for our plumbing and HVAC repair needs since we purchased our 100-year-old home 4 years ago! They are always available within a reasonable amount of time and provide clear quotes before any work is performed. Their techs are friendly and knowledgeable, and many of them are my neighbors. Their work is always top-notch, and when, on one occasion, there was a lingering issue after their visit, they addressed it at no cost. Highly recommend!

These guys are nice, but way expensive vs the many other plumbing companies which do the same quality work for less.

With so many HVAC companies out there to choose from, finding one you can trust often seems like a morning full of helping your 7yr old pick out an outfit for school (because, you know, that’s easy…) but you’ll avoid that headache when you give Daniel and his crew a call for whatever fix you may need (they specialize in boilers too!). Working with LakeMichigan HVAC is like starting your day nestled in the fluffiest of clouds, with angels fanning you from above, feeding you red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting…..yeah, that good!

We are thrilled with Nigel and Mary Clare, who were very timely and good at explaining things to us. We were happy that we saw many options and the prices for those. So far, our heating is working well again!

Bought a house with a boiler system which I have never had before. Nigel came for a tuneup and I asked if he could give me a “Boiler 101” crash course and he took the time to explain everything to me. He was incredibly knowledgeable of our boiler down the exact specifications. Would recommend

Nigel and Rob worked on the boiler in our 110 year old house. They were very professional and well spoken and did a nice job, cleaned burner and installed a new stat, coming back tomorrow to do some piping revisions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs heating or cooling work on their house.

Chris and Aydin were friendly, professional and kept us in the loop on what needs to be done and what options were available. They were both considerate of the environment and cleaned up what mess they may have caused, and gave us options from they professional stand point.
