Jacobson Heating & Cooling

The blower went out on our furnace during a really hot and humid time of the summer. Without the blower we had no air conditioning and the humidity was terrible. We called our regular HVAC company and were told 2 to 3 weeks to replace the unit. We called Jacobson's and they came out the next day to inspect our system and gave us a quote to replace it. They were very professional and pleasant. Not only was the quote less, they made time the next week to come out and install the new system. Jacobson's is now our regular HVAC company!

Decided to replace our very old and inefficient furnace before winter, and were very happy we chose Jacobson's. Surprised to see Jeff, one of the actual owners, come out to do the quote. We had considered big box stores, but reviews online were bad--and not only was their quote was $1500+ higher, but the product & installation wouldn't have been as good as what we received from Jacobson's. Felt very comfortable with the furnace recommended, instead of wondering if we were being over sold and under serviced. Install day was quick and efficient (thanks, Matt and Blaine) and the service tech Eric made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

This is the second time Jacobson has installed a furnace and AC unit at our homes. We just moved into this house and wanted to update both systems for energy efficiency. They are professionals who take pride in their work. They did a great job on the installation and explaining the new system. The men left our basement spotless! Great job Kevin, Matt and Robert. I highly recommend Jacobson. And just for the record I did get other quotes for the job, their prices were right in line with the other companies, we went with Jacobson's because of our past experience with this company.

We would highly recommend Jacobsons Heating and Cooling. They have maintained our old furnace for years and always given good advice and no pressure to buy. But after 26 years we needed a new one. They are very professional and honest and do such a good job that the city inspector is pleased with their work . They take care of all the paperwork for the rebates from the city for an energy saving furnace and their work is neatly and efficiently done. We couldn't ask for a better company.

Have used Jacobson since we moved into this house in 1990. Know that previous owners did also as there was a Jacobson's plaque on the existing (probably 1960's) furnace when we moved in. (The phone number on it was CH5-1131!) Always excellent service -- people are knowledgable, prompt, courteous. Products deliver -- this is our second furnace/AC in the last 30+ years. Both we have purchased and had serviced by Jacobson. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for HVAC products and vendor.

I purchased new Heat and AC October 2105. Jacobson service and clean my unit annually and I've had NO issues. My warranty covers me for 12 years.

I highly recommend Jacobson over all the competors in this area. I got bids from all of them and again Jacobson out performed ALL of them on Pricing, warranty, and service.

Every aspect of working with Jacobson's was exceptional. The person who answered the phone and made the appointment was friendly and helpful. The technician was also friendly and helpful and also instilled confidence. He did not try to get me to buy or pay for something I did not need. He did his work efficiently and expertly. I can't say enough good things about Jacobsons. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I meet.

We were very satisfied with the new furnace installed by Jacobson. Matt and James were thorough and neat, and installed floor padding on all areas they traveled. We have also used Jacobson for spring and fall furnace/AC inspections for many years.

Greg and Ross came and installed my new air conditioner. To say I was pleased would be an understatement, they were great. They were courteous, cleaned up as they went, gave me tips on upkeep, showed me what was done and explained how things worked. And they were just plain nice guys, a pleasure to be around. I have hot water heat and had contacted two other heating and cooling companies, both wanted to sell me a new furnace and air conditioner and didn't give me any other options. I contacted Jacobson and was informed for about half the price I could put in just an air conditioning unit. This is what I did and I am very happy.

Upon conducting a thorough diagnosis it was determined our previous AC unit was improperly installed to our existing furnace. Jacobson's provided a complete solution at a competitive price.
