Can’t say enough good things about these guys and Jacobson’s! On July 18, 2022, they installed a new furnace and AC unit for my elderly mother. From their prompt arrival, above and beyond explanations, attention to detail, and kind and courteous manners, they all did a fabulous job. Our initial visit from Jeff for planning and purchasing was great as well. We highly recommend Jacobson’s and my folks have been with them for years.

I called Jacobson's after hours as soon as I realized my air conditioning wasn't working. The technician was out the next day to replace the part and now everything is cool again.

We have a complicated dual zone system that came with our condominium that our previous service provider often struggled with. We heard Jacobson understood these systems so we tried them out when we had a problem with the heating between zones. Rich came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, talked with me about options, and ordered the parts. Called a few days later and came out to install new dampers and zone control board. In addition we asked him to replace our one thermostat for both zones with 2 new Nest thermostats. He planned ahead with Mike and Tony and was able to quickly complete the full job in much less time/labor than I thought. Worked first try, so happy. They are now my new exclusive HVAC provider!

Been with Jacobsons heating & cooling for years and just had a new Daikin furnace and AC replacement! Greg and Carl did an awesome install without missing any details. We always can expect quality and friendly service from the great company of Jacobsons h & c. Would recommend them to everyone!

Our central air went out this Holiday weekend, we called Jacobson early on the first working day, the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful and she was able to get me an appointment promptly. A Jacobson technician was at our house in a little under an hour. Our Tech, BJ was a hero, he managed to troubleshoot and repair several issues in a timely manner. He also gave me a lot good information about keeping my system in good order. Total time from call to completion was less than 2 hours. I hope All Jacobson Employees are getting big bonuses AND free lunches for this level of service!

I had an issue with my blower motor on my unit. Alex from Jacobson came over for the repair. He was thorough, and he had the job done within an hour. He was personable and professional. Not only that, but Alex also let me know my litter box was too close to the furnace and was not helping with longevity based on the amount of dander and dust accumulating and suggested I relocate it. I am extremely happy with the level of service I was provided, especially today when it feels like businesses don’t really care about the consumer experience. I’d recommend Jacobson to anyone. Again, a big thank you to Alex for his diligence and professionalism, my family and I really appreciate it.

I needed to purchase a new furnace and air conditioning unit. My son recommended Jacobson Heating and Cooling, as he had called them before. They were prompt in giving me estimates for what I needed done, and when the time came to install my purchases, they were prompt, friendly, efficient and I appreciated Mark, James and Ross who were the installers. I knew the minute they started, they really knew what they were doing. The service tech Alex was great, also. He answered every question I asked of him. They were all great! David D did a fantastic job of fixing my AC. Jacobson's has always been so responsive and quick to come out when I have issues. It doesn't matter if it is a Friday night when my furnace went out or early morning when my AC went out. They are able to fix it promptly and efficiently. I always appreciate how professional and pleasant all their employee's are to work with. Thank you Jacobson's you are the BEST!
