Jacobson Heating & Cooling

Jacobson is the best HVAC firm in GR, hands down. Mark and Mike installed a full new system for us in one day, including connecting the humidifier into our smart thermostat. Great value, low pressure, and honest people. I would recommend them in the future.

Thank you to the guys at Jacobson's, from the first service call through the installation of a new furnance. It's never good news to learn that you have a major financial burden coming your way, but they made it so easy and had it replaced the following day. Thank you to Greg and Mike for your super efficient installation. It was nice to be warm again before these super freezing temps returned. Highly recommend.

The outside AC unit wasn't coming on but the blower motor on the furnace was. I called Jacobson when they opened at 8 and BJ from Jacobson was here sometime around 9:30. BJ quickly determined that the outside unit wasn't getting a signal from the thermostat to turn on. He soon determined a broken wire (from vibration) inside the furnace was the problem. BJ repaired the broken wire and AC
was soon running again. Nice job BJ!

Took a couple days to come out but very much expected as it was the first hot day of the summer. Even though I tested and ran my AC unit the week before, the outside unit simple would not start up.

They scheduled with me and came onsite the day they promised. David D diagnosed my problem, fixed it and was on his way in under an hour. They were reasonably priced and should something else happen with my furnace or AC unit I will be calling them again for help.

Jacobson did a great job on my furnace and AC replacement! Mike B. was straightforward with what options were available and did not pressure me at any point. Greg and David did a great job with the install, laying down runners and using booties to keep everything clean. Tony was helpful in answering my concerns after the install and scheduling a quick follow-up. As part of the follow-up, Mike was quick but detailed in explaining what adjustments were made so that we were comfortable both with the heating performance but also the noise level. Professional service all around!

Update* company called and apologized. Will be sending me a refund. I was charged $81 dollars for a half hour for the service person to come and not even try to open up anything or service my air conditioner. Shame on them for trying to sell me a whole new system instead of trying to fix my problem. Which ultimately costed $25 for the part that I needed and is now fixed thanks to a coworker. Shame on you Jacobson!! Matter of fact I would like a refund.

We had a fantastic experience with Jacobson! They were prompt at getting a technician to our house same day at the time promised. Michael was kind, courteous, and so helpful. He fixed our furnace issue quickly and gave us some great tips and recommendations to continue to maintain our furnace well. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

The entire team at Jacobson's was great to work with. Mike quickly scheduled a time to come out and give me a quote on a new furnace and AC. That was promptly followed up by the excellent install team (Alex and Mark) who were on time and did a great job! Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Jacobson installed a new Daiken split HVAC system for us, and did an excellent job. The unit is extremely quiet and we expect will be far more efficient than the old packaged unit it replaced. Mike and Mark were very professional and explained things every step of the way.

Our family has used Jacobson for some time and they never disappoint. Recently we needed to replace our entire heating and cooling system…they were very efficient and professional. The install crew of Matt and James were excellent!
