Hands down the best heating & cooling company I've ever worked with. Eric came to service my 2-year old furnace (yes, bought by Jacobson's) and as with our previous experience was terrific. Jacobson's knows their stuff. They answered all of my questions with patience and plain english. No hidden agenda, not trying to sell anything, just making sure I got exactly what I needed. This is truly a great group and I highly recommend them.

We just had a whole house humidifier installed on the furnace Jacobson's installed a few years back. Always a 100% positive experience and this was no different. Matt and Mike had the unit installed in about 90 minutes and gave me the full rundown on how to operate and maintain the unit. 5 stars - customer service, professionalism, and courtesy!

Great service from start to finish. James and Mike made the installation and start-up easy on us, and the team was attentive in its follow-ups to make sure everything was in the right place and running smoothly -- even with an additional house call needed.

Matt was the service tech who performed a maintenance check on our A/C system today. He did a great job. He was friendly, personable, explained everything he did, made suggestions, and answered all my questions. Very happy with the service he provided. So much so, I want him to come back in the fall to service my furnace.

David D was on time, friendly, and did the tune up quickly.
We have used Jacobsen for furnace and AC replacement in two houses now and have been impressed with how knowledgeable they are on the products they sell. They worked with us and our insurance in the instance when the air-conditioning unit was destroyed in an ice storm in 2014.

I could not be any happier with Jacobsen's. Mark and James were incredibly professional, quiet, super-fast and way more reasonable than other companies. Our heat went out in the middle of the winter. They came the same day I called them and had our furnace replaced the very next day. I got several quotes and they were by far the least expensive (thousands less), very specific in the pricing and did high-quality work. I would definitely recommend them.

Our A/C went out during some of the hottest days we’ve had this summer. We called Jacobsen, who sent their technician David D, who identified the issue and had our A/C back up and running within a half hour. He even cleaned the unit and provided me with maintenance tips on how to maximize efficiency and extend its life. We would definitely use this company again, thank you!

Our old HVAC needed to be replaced, after carefully reviewed different offers, we chose Jacobson, Mike gave a very reasonable quote for a brand-name system. Tim, Mike and BJ did a great job to install the system, they are all professional and knowledgeable, many thanks to them, we are highly satisfied and will recommend Jacobson Heating & Cooling to everyone.

Our A/C unit stopped working on the Friday afternoon just ahead of the July 4th weekend.

We managed to forestall a full family meltdown for a few days and, first thing on Tuesday morning, gave a call to Jacobson.

They indicated that they would have someone come out that morning, and David D showed up promptly within about an hour after our call.

David was very pleasant to talk with, listened intently to the details of our situation, and went right to work on the problem. Within another hour or so, he had the problem diagnosed (a bad capacitor) and fixed, the A/C unit fully cleaned up, and functionality tested and verified. (And along the way we had a nice conversation about fireworks...)

It was great to have such a responsive experience with a company, and to interact with such a competent, personable, and professional person as David.
