    Good people to have working in your home. Fair prices and my service tech BJ and the crew Tim and Ross were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up when done. The team also provided support to set up the Honeywell smart thermostat.

    Jacobson replaced our 22-year-old furnace with a brand new Daikin high-efficiency unit. The sales process was easy and low-pressure. Jeff provided a great price and answered our questions. We were able to get the installation scheduled quickly due to an issue with our old furnace. Two technicians, Robert and BJ, came to our home to complete the work. They laid our mats to make sure our carpets were protected. They did the installation quickly and cleaned up everything in the furnace room when they were done. We were extremely pleased with the service and are looking forward to enjoying our first winter with a new furnace. Thanks guys!

    I wasn’t sure where to go for AC installation and I’m so glad I went through Jacobson. They are local, kind, quick, and have incredibly competitive prices. Our technician David D. was friendly and so helpful in helping us understand the process and what he was doing. He was also super mindful of not bringing in dirt into the house. It was nice not to have to clean up after install. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

    Called them on a Friday and Jeff came out a few hours later to quote me on a furnace replacement. Greg & David came out the following Tuesday and installed it in a few hours and did a great job. Jacobson’s quoted me a price far lower then the competitors that came out first and it was for the same exact unit. Overall great experience and will be recommending them to friends and family.

    On the first hot evening of the year, our air conditioning did not work. Called Jacobson the next morning and they sent a service technician the same day. Found out that our system was completely empty of refrigerant and the evaporator coil was leaking. Received a quote from Tom and decided to replace the AC system. A couple of days later Mike and James arrived to install a new AC. They were on time, professional and personable. They were efficient and and completed the job in just a couple of hours. Tyler, a service tech arrived later in the day to check out the system and make sure all was well. All three of them answered our questions and made sure we understood the new system.

    Greg and David did a great job of installing a new furnace and thermostat for us. They accomplished everything in less than 4 hours.
    Jacobson's was very responsive to our immediate needs and took care of our issues promptly and the overall service was excellent. We have used Jacobson's for over 25 years and highly recommend them.

    I had Richard S. Do my furnace tune-up in Oct and he did a great job and give me some good advice on the humidifer and he replaced the pad and mentioned the Restrictor needed cleaning so it would work properly which he did too. I did end up having to have the drain line replaced which Richard came back and did and replaced with a more efficent one. He was friendly and courteous and im happy with the service i received.

    Our furnace quit working at 5 pm on Thursday 2/17/2022. I called and left a message with the answering service asking for a phone call as soon as they opened the next morning. I explained that we had a pellet stove so we could wait until morning. I received a call from them on Friday morning about a quarter to 8. Tom was over within 10 minutes to give me a quote to replace the furnace, ours is over 40 years old and had been repaired before. The price was what less then I expected and by 2 pm the new unit was installed and running. The installers were really great. Neat, quick, polite and professional. They were David, Matt and Mike. Thank you guys. .
