I started my career at Pleune Service Company in February of 2018. Since then, I learned what it means to be accepted, appreciated, and encouraged by one's employer. Chad Reed is my immediate supervisor, although he doesn't prefer that title, or any title for that matter. I often jokingly call him boss or leader, and he corrects me every time by saying, "My name is Chad." Chad is just one of the many people that make Pleune a wonderful place to work. I would make a list, but that would cause this review to be unreasonably long. Suffice it to say that Pleune is great because of the people, and I consider it a privilege to be one of them.
I’ve used their services years ago and though their worker was great at that time, I have noticed recently there’s an employee which drives in the Ravenna area regularly and I have witnessed multiple times they’ve sped excessively in school zones, road raged at drivers and just shown their back side in general...just a bunch of trash people employed with this company! If you can’t control one employee you can’t control any, I would use a pile of matches in a pan to heat my home before I used them...it’s scary to know trash repairs furnaces!
The Technicians are great and do fantastic work. My frustration is with the staff resposnible for quoting and client follow up. It took 3 days to repair our commercial a/c unit due to lack of care and concern by the internal people respsonsible for quoting and scheduling. I'm still very disappointed! The unit was finally repaired. No real resolve occured reguarding my frustration, after several emails back and forth with the Internal Ops Manager, other than me learning that she is right and I am wrong. Great customer service is very important to me! After several years of working with Pleune, I've decided to move on to another HVAC provider.
