I had a new furnace and central air installed last October. They helped me pick of the best unit/ what efficiency is best for price/ what my house needed. Thrilled to inform all of you that my heating bill has actually decreased this winter. They were very quick with the installation (it only took one day). My install crew Mark and Grant were pleasant, and easy to talk to. I didn't catch the gentleman's name that installed the thermostat, but he is the reason for the 5 star review. He walked me through my new one, gave me a copy of the installation forms, so I could install a new if I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about my old thermostat, and was able to explain why a new one was needed, plus many other facts.

Hands down the best HVAC company we've hired. Tyler Y. is the guy! He took the time to listen to me explain the issue. From there: he problem solved, explained the issue at hand, and how he was going to resolve the challenge. He was polite, friendly and got the job done at an honest price. If you need HVAC help. We have used Jacobson in the past for a new furnace. When our 45 year old air conditioner stopped working there was only one place to contact. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The installers Matt and Blaine did excellent work and cleaned up everything before leaving. Likewise for David the tech who got the system up and running. It’s nice to be back in the cool.

Today we had Jacobson replace the furnace that was originally installed in our home 25 years ago. From the very beginning of the process of getting quotes for the job, Jacobson was obviously the most knowledgeable, thorough and receptive to our needs. A very short time after we made our decision to go with Jacobson, they sent a technician out to do additional measurements and preparations for installation. Today John and David arrived promptly, were extremely attentive to keeping our home clean, worked diligently and after a job extremely well done, patiently explained everything we needed to know.

Last summer, Jacobson installed our AC unit. Recently, they repaired our furnace. Both times they were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. For our furnace, they sped things up with ordering parts and coming out to make repairs to cater towards our soon-to-expire warranty. Every worker who we've had the pleasure of having at our house has been kind and quick. I can't say enough about the great way they've treated our family.

I had AC unit installed at my house 3 years ago with Jacobson and since then I let Jacobson takes care of my AC and furnace maintenance. 3 years experience with Jacobson, I am pleased with their services. Right now, I am on a contact with to do the maintenance and I think their price is really competitive in GR area. Yesterday, I had an AC maintenance service with Davis D. and again I was pleased with the service. :)

Our experience with Jacobson Heating & Cooling was phenomenal. From the time Jeff came out to give us a quote to the time the last worker left (around 7:30 p.m.) on the day of installation, we were favorably impressed. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and hard-working. The quote was much more reasonable than other quotes we'd received. And when the crew was finished, our old gravity furnace was gone and had been replaced with a high-efficiency furnace and central air. It was some of the best money we've spent on our house. Had my Furnace and AC unit replaced this past June. The team was here on time, they were friendly, personable and answered all questions. A clean site was left after completion. They were able to get me the best rebates at the time, too! I will be using Jacobson Heating & Cooling from now on for service as well. I had another company out during the quoting process. What I was being sold and being told was a differentiator was also done by Jacobson so make sure to do your due diligence so you don't pay more somewhere else!

We just had our annual heating season furnace service from Jacobson's. Michael came during the scheduled time and completed our checkup promptly. He fixed a minor issue and took the time to explain everything to me. He even reminded me that if this fix didn't work that I only needed to call back and Jacobson's would come back, at no charge, to follow-up. Now that's GREAT SERVICE!!
