Jacobson Heating & Cooling

Tim and Mike came out and installed a new furnace for us this week and we have been toasty warm since then, despite the winter cold! I was concerned because we have an older home with narrow hallways and a twisty staircase but they were able to exchange the old furnace for the new without any damage to the walls or floors and took care to completely clean up after they finished the install. Our old furnace was installed by Jacobson's and their service over the past many years has been quick and reliable. We couldn't be happier!

We had our semi annual heating and furnace maintenance completed by BJ of Jacobson's. BJ did an excellent job to ensure we are set for this upcoming winter. Jacobson's Heating and A/C provides great service for a great value. Highly recommend them for any Heating and Cooling needs.

We needed to replace our 18 year old furnace and AC. I called Jacobson Heating & Cooling on a Thursday, and Jeff was out at our house on Monday, and gave us an inspection and quote. Tim & Ross did a great job installing our new furnace, AC, and thermostat on Wednesday. Tim & Ross were professional and knowlegable and did a quality job on the installation and clean up of our HVAC. David was the service technician that arrived and the end of our HVAC installation and was also professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jacobson Heating & Cooling.

We cannot be happier with Jacobson!! We called them to get a quote for a new AC & heater and they were out within a few days, gave us a great priced quote, and installed it a week later. Our service tech Mike was professional and helpful and answered a few questions we had. The day of, Tim & Tyler were also very professional, got the job done quick, and dealt with our barking dogs the whole day and didn't complain once. Thank you Tim & Tyler! Overall, we are very pleased and recommend them to all of our family & friends now.

Matt, Mark and James installed the furnace and air conditioning for us. I highly recommend them. The installation was done just after two days after I called them to make appointment. The crew were very careful to not mess our home or get my home dirty. They were nice and professional. They even helped us secure our duct, which was not their responsibility. I compared the price among different companies. Jacobson is the most reasonable. I immigrated to this country 20 years ago. I am just amazed so much that, in this country, not so many people compare pricing when selecting their service and products. I seldom saw a custom review talking about pricing. Amazing! Don't people care about pricing? The same products or services often times are charged so differently in this country! Sometime the pricing double! I am just so amazed about that! I wouldn't spend time comparing products and services that are small and inexpensive, but for big services and products, I definitely compare! It can easily mean a few bucks' difference.

Awesome people! Before calling Jacobson…I called 2 of the larger HVAC companies in the Grand Rapids area. Those companies would not talk price, even theoretically. Said they had to send someone out to give me an estimate…at a cost to me. Even though I told them I was 99.9% sure what the issue was with my AC unit (turned out I was right). Jacobson treated me like a person. Talked to me with a helpful, understanding attitude. Came out same day…sooner than expected…knocked out the job very quickly…and CHARGED ME LESS THAN THEY QUOTED ME! How can you beat that? You can’t! The technician was super friendly, as well. I should have called Jacobson first. I will next time, for sure. You should do the same. They’re the best.

Mark and James did a great job installing a new furnace, started right on time and finished up before I expected. Everything looks great and seems like it runs well. The whole process of getting the new furnace was simple and everyone I've spoken with was very nice. Highly recommend Jacobson!

Our AC unit started freezing at the lines outside and they were able to come out the day I called to check it out, unfortunately it was a unit that needed the now banned. We went over all options with the tech and came to a decision we just needed a new unit. The sales guy was over within that same day.
Incredibly kind people, really simple process. Every one on the team was really nice and timely. They came when they said, they cleaned up after themselves, and they made sure to let me ask any questions needed.

Mike S and Brad were great! Answered any questions and explained exactly what they were working on. Both of them were true professionals Loved how fast Jacobson was to get over to my house and help fix my furnace. A great value that was easy on my wallet. Also, shoutout to Troy for being so responsive with communication when I had questions regarding the process!
