David did a great job on this check up. He installed a new filter(a job I do not like to have to do) for me. Very professional technician. I highly recommend Jacobson’s for your AC needs.

Prompt, thorough, pleasant, professional, what more could you ask for? I sent a late night request for a quote for both a furnace and AC. The called right away the next morning! Much appreciated. They scheduled an estimate for two days later and were 5 minutes early. Again much appreciated. The install team took great care to protect our carpets. Everything was in pristine order when they finished. During the install, they scheduled the electrician to update our breaker box and a second party from Jacobson's came after completion to insure everything was properly installed and functioning. Seamless teamwork. You will have a trouble free, pleasant experience working with the Jacobson's team. I highly recommend them without reservation. Give them a try.

My original furnace lasted about as long as the technician explained to me. It finally gave out in February. I was concerned about replacement in mid winter, but I called Jacobson’s. The purchase was quick and they installed it days later. I left work for that day and let them install the new furnace. I came home and it was great. No issues. Their team is so professional. I had a question yesterday and it was something I could do myself, with no charge. The best!

I was very pleased with my entire experience with Jacobson! My son and I first met Tom for an estimate and he was very informative and honest about our old gravity feed furnace and financing/rebate options. I am not from the area so I do not have a local go to heating person that I trust. Jacobson was the second company we contacted and immediately felt that they were competent and trustworthy. I was then present for the install and Mark and Grant were awesome! Not only did they do a good job, they were friendly, kind and patient. I was working on my own project at the house and occasionally would be in their way and rather than get annoyed, they were the best. Thanks guys! As far as the actual furnace, so far everything is working just fine. Very positive experience!

We have now replaced both our air conditioner and our furnace with Jacobson and have been very happy with their knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. Our recent AC install/service team of Mark, Michael, and Kevin worked quickly, explained everything, and left no mess.

Our 21 year old furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger, and Tom initially met with us to discuss our options for improving the performance and safety of our HVAC system. He was easy to talk to, honest, and took the time to go over our options. We had Greg and David install a brand new Daikin high-efficiency furnace. They both answered all of our questions after installation. The process was completely smooth, they made us feel comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend this company. They are reputable, friendly, and kind. They will NOT price gouge you, they will NOT lie to you. We had 3 other companies give us quotes, and they were all more expensive, and they tried to pressure us into buying unnecessary accessories. Jacobson Heating and Cooling is a company we could trust, I can honestly say they treat their customers like family.

Grant and David did an amazing job installing our new furnace! When our furnace died, the turn around from the phone call to the inspection to installation was remarkable. We had heat before we knew it! David and Grant answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable with the installation before they even left my house. Great service! After visits and estimates from three other HVAC companies, we chose Jacobson for the replacement of our AC unit. From requesting a quote to installation, Jacobson was prompt, courteous, and professional. Salesman was early, to the point (no up selling), and personable (annnnd the real icing on the cake -- took his shoes off at the door!!). Installation team of David and Kevin were also early, professional, and efficient. I appreciate that they also wore booties on their feet when in our home and cleaned up completely after they were finished. Thank you! Mark and Ross installed a new furnace in my house and removed the old one in a half day Perfect cleanup, professional installation, high quality work. I'll only recommend Jacobson with HVAC going forward.
