ckSmith installed a new furnace in our home this past summer. They did a great job. They also did all the paper work for a substantial rebate from the state. I highly recommend them.

I am barely a day old customer and I already think this is the best business deal I have done this year. Yesterday, I found out I had used up the final quarter of oil in my tank and desperately needed refill. I called around and stumbled on cK. Now cK wasn’t the cheapest but they had the absolute best salesman- kelvin. He knew the company, outlined their goals of putting their customer first and told me he would get me oil the very next day since I couldn’t do the paperwork same day.
As I write this, oil is being delivered, contract was signed 2 hours ago. Turned out my gauge was broken actually so I wasn’t as empty as I thought. Gone ahead and scheduled cleanup and radiators tuning. Everyone I have talked to so far I have gone a distinct sense that they love their job and share the same commitment to their customer. I am a happy customer and highly recommend!

C.K. Smith/Superior Oil is a great company. My church had a few boiler problems that were leaving our pastor & her mother in a tither. They serviced us quickly and efficiently, assuring the pastor that they would be OK, especially John & helper. There were others, but also the women I talked with in the office were so professional, listened to my story each time & understood our concern and oh so ready to help. Can't forget Steve that I also dealt with in the office. To me? A great company to work with & have service our needs.

The fact that we've been with ckSmithSuperior for SO MANY years is a testament to them and their GREAT service, in itself!! But aside from that, they and their technicians have ALWAYS been most courteous, reliable, and get the job done - RIGHT, and in a timely manner! AND clean up after themselves!!!! What more could you ask for!!!!! THANKS ckSmithSuperior for being there for us!!
PLUS, we've been on their service plan for equally as long, so they always keep us posted when it's time for our annual 'tune-up'!!

CK Smith was able to schedule us in quickly, and the representative we spoke to on the phone was very polite. Duncan was on time and performed our scheduled maintenance effectively and efficiently. Always get great service from CK Smith!

Duncan was very friendly, and went right to work and cleaned up the area very well. He stayed focused and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand, Duncan smiled, was polite and courteous. You should be appreciative of a technician like Duncan that has good qualities that show through both his work ethic and personality.

I've been using CK SMITH/Superior for 5 years for both my oil deliveries and boiler servicing. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends! Excellent customer service in both the office and technicians. They are always on time and even earlier than anticipated for oil delivery. Recently I had an issue with my boiler, the technician was precise and knowledgable with the repair. It was fixed within hours!
